Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Ms. Yu Fengzhu passed away on October 20, 2015, at the age of 65 as a result of the persecution. She was arrested, imprisoned, threatened and tortured until her mental and physical health deteriorated.
After she was released from prison, Ms. Yu was forced to became destitute for two years. Her health worsened—she became blind in one eye and one side of her body was paralyzed.
Ms. Yu filed a lawsuit against Jiang Zemin with the Chinese Supreme Procuratorate and the Supreme Court in June 2015. She was constantly harassed and threatened by the local police, the neighborhood officials, and the residential community staff until she passed away.
