Case Description:
Ms. Shen Zhihua, 64 years old, lived at #3 Xisantiao, Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province. After practicing Falun Gong, her diseases were gone and she became healthy. In July 2000, she was detained for ten days for practicing Falun Gong. In December 2000, her husband was detained and extorted out of 1,000 yuan. She was under constant harassment and became ill. She passed away on April 5, 2002.
