(Clearwisdom.net) Twenty Falun Gong practitioners from Yuji Town, Linghai City, Liaoning Province, had assembled for an experience sharing conference at the home of Mr. Zhao Tingwo at 8 a.m. on June 18, 2009. Before they could start the meeting, chief Gai Lihua of the Yuji Township Police Station, police officer Li Xue, and logistics assistant Cai Ze forced their way into Mr. Zhao's home. Cai Ze blocked the front door while Gai Lihua and Li Xue watched the practitioners in the house. They wouldn't allow anyone to move and or go to the toilet.
At about 9 a.m., more than ten officers from the Public Security Office and the Violence Prevention Squadron of the Linghai City Police Department arrived in police vehicles, forced their way into the house, and took Mr. Zhao, his wife, and the other practitioners to the Public Security Office at the Linghai City Police Department. During the process, two practitioners escaped. The remaining practitioners were interrogated at night and their forced "confessions" were recorded. At about 4 a.m. the next morning they were all transferred to either the Linghai City Detention Center or the Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, detention center.
Later, officers from the Linghai City Public Security Office, the Jinzhou City, Xinglong Town police station, the Yuji Township Police Station, and the Linghai City, Daye Township Police Station ransacked the homes of the arrested practitioners and confiscated many Falun Gong books and materials.
On July 1, at least ten practitioners were sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Six were rejected by the labor camp because they appeared to be in poor physical condition. They were taken back to the Jinzhou City detention center and sent to a brainwashing center in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, on July 2.

Mr. Du Hongzhi, Ms. Xie Suxia and Ms. Liu Wenhuan from Xiaoxing Village, Xinglong Street, the Taihe District, Jinzhou City
Practitioners confined to the brainwashing class in Fushun City, Liaoning Province:
Ms. Zhang Jingwen and Ms. Qi Fengzhen from Linghai City. (Ms. Qi Fengzhen was beaten and abused by prison guards at the Jinzhou City Detention Center brutally force-fed at the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Linghai City.)
Ms. Cui Jinxiang from the Xinglong Village, Xinglong Street, the Taihe District, Jinzhou City
Ms. Yun Fuyun from the Xiaohan Village, Yuji Town, Linghai City.
