A Retired Teacher Stands Up to the Police
My father-in-law is a 72-year-old retired teacher. He did several things recently that led to people treating him with increased respect.
One day my father-in-law met a policeman that I knew of. This policeman works in a prison. He said there were many Falun Gong practitioners detained in his prison. He has seen with his own eyes a Falun Dafa practitioner being beaten to death. My father-in-law immediately told him that the police must not beat Falun Dafa practitioners who were just being faithful to their own belief. They cultivate Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, and they are all good people. They didn't break the law. One day they will get justice. This policeman said he didn't beat any Falun Dafa practitioners. My father-in-law said, "Tell other policemen, nobody should beat Falun Dafa practitioners. No one should do that!" The policeman nodded and agreed.
One day my father-in-law was walking in the street. A Falun Dafa practitioner clarified the truth to him and told him Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance are good. Another person nearby came up and asked my father-in-law, "What did he tell you?" My father-in-law said loudly, "He told me Falun Gong is good!" At this moment, a plain-clothes policeman walked over quickly and shouted harshly at my father-in-law, "What are you shouting about? What you said is illegal, don't say it!" My father-in-law did not care about what he said and pointed to his own nose, "I have freedom of speech; I'll say whatever I want to say. Falun Gong is good! Falun Gong is good!" He shouted even louder. The people around looked at him with joy, and the plain-clothes policeman became silent.
Awakening Female Manager Shouts "Falun Dafa is good" in public
A female manager of a company in Shandong Province attended an advanced enterprise administration training class this month. The class was pretty active. Before the class, the professor told the students that they could raise their hands if they didn't understand or had different opinions. When the students were carefully listening to the professor's humorous speeches, all of a sudden the professor said a few words that slandered Falun Dafa. The female manager raised her hands immediately. The professor allowed her to talk, and she said to every one in the class, "I think Falun Dafa is good." Afterwards she explained her opinion. At that moment, the whole classroom was silent. The people looked at each other and were thinking.
There are some Falun Dafa practitioners around this female manager in her everyday life. They often clarified the truth to her. Whenever she saw materials exposing the persecution, she would read them carefully. Silently reciting "Falun Dafa is good" has been her habit. After she understood the truth, her enterprise became very profitable. She changed her harsh temper a lot as well. She often said Falun Gong is good while talking to friends or even at banquets. When the drivers of her company travel, she tells them to recite "Falun Dafa is good" on their way to keep themselves safe.
