Personnel from the Changchun City Police Department arrested Ms. Wang Xinying on December 23, 2008. She has been on a protest hunger strike for five days.
2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Li Persecuted in a Drug Rehabilitation Center
Personnel from the Daqing City 610 Office arrested Ms. Liu Li from Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province in 2007. She was sentenced to forced labor and is currently being held in the Harbin City Drug Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Wang Jun from the Acheng District, Harbin City was arrested the night of August 16, 2008 for distributing Falun Gong flyers in Daling Township. He has been held in the district's No. 1 Detention Center for more than four months. The district court planned to sentence him at 9:00 a.m. on December 29, 2008.

Personnel from the Laixi City Police Department arrested Ms. Wu Xiuxin from her home on July 31, 2008. She has been held in the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao City for five months. Ms. Wu is facing unconstitutional sentencing in the city court.
5. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Kong Hongyun Held in the Baoding City Detention Center
Personnel from the Yimian Police Station and from the Xinshi District Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Kong Hongyun on March 14, 2008. The district court sentenced her to three years in prison. Ms. Kong is still held in the city detention center.

6. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Police Arrest Ms. Wang Shuxia
Personnel from the Ningjiang District Qianjin Police Station in Songyuan City arrested Ms. Wang Shuxia the night of December 18, 2008. The police cut the power supply to her home. When her family opened the door to see what had happened, ten policemen barged in and arrested Ms. Wang.
7. [Mengyin City, Shandong Province] Police Extort Money from Mr. Zhang Deping
Police held Mr. Zhang Deping for a month and extorted 10,000 yuan from his family before releasing him.
8. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Xue Li Arrested
Personnel from the Yinan County 610 Office and police station arrested Ms. Xue Li from her home at 3:00 p.m. on December 25, 2008. They confiscated a laptop computer, a desktop computer, some truth-clarifying CDs and other materials.

Fangzi District Police Department's Domestic Security Division chief Sang Jingyuan led several policemen and arrested Ms. Zhao Xuemei and her husband Mr. Sang Minggang at 7:00 a.m. on December 25, 2008. They put the couple into the Weifang City Policemen's Training Center. Ms. Zhao escaped the morning of December 27, 2008.

Mr. Li Guosheng, 61 years old, lives in Jianghe Paozi Village, Fanhe Township, Tieling City. He was reported and then arrested on December 23, 2008 for distributing Falun Gong flyers in Xibeihe Village, Daqing Township. The police put him into the county detention center.
12. [Fucheng County, Hebei Province] Persecution of Ms. Song Chanying
Ms. Song Canying went to her daughter's home in Shijiazhuang City to look after her grandson. Local police arrested her when she explained the facts about Falun Gong. They put her in the city's Women's Forced Labor Camp's No. 1 Division and sentenced her to a one-year-and-nine-month term. The police denied all Ms. Song's family's attempts to visit her until November 29, 2008.
13. [Gejiu City, Yunan Province] Persecution of Ms. Shen Shaoqing
Ms. Shen Shaoqing, 68 years old, is a retiree from the Gejiu City No. 308 Team. Police arrested her and ransacked her home the morning of December 24, 2008. They confiscated a computer, a printer and a CD burner. Ms. Shen is held in the Datun Detention Center.

14. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Li Hui Arrested
Mr. Li Hui was arrested for posting Falun Gong information on the afternoon of December 27, 2008. Police arrested him and took him to the Chenzhou City Detention Center at 11:00 p.m. that day. Mr. Li's wife is seven months pregnant.

15. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Persecution of Ms. Cheng Donglan and Her Husband Mr. Fang Zhengping - Belated Information
Mr. Fang Zhengping and his wife Ms. Cheng Donglan have been persecuted many times for practicing Falun Gong. Mr. Fang was sentenced to one year of forced labor on October 22, 2003. Four years later, Suijiang County Domestic Security Division chief Jiang Xing arrested him and sentenced him to seven years in prison on October 14, 2007. He is held in the Yunan Province No.1 Prison.
Xichang City Domestic Security Division chief Li Jie and others arrested Ms. Cheng the afternoon of January 13, 2004 and sentenced her to one year of forced labor. She was held in the Sichuan Province Women's Forced Labor Camp.

Personnel from the Cangxi County Police Station's Domestic Security Division and from the 610 Office arrested 66-year-old Ms. He Xiuzhen at 8:00 p.m. on November 27, 2008. They ransacked her home and confiscated some Dafa books. She is held in the Guangyuan City Detention Center.
Ms. Shao Jun, 62 years old, lives in the Cangxi County Hospital dorm. Police arrested her and confiscated a computer and 10,000 yuan in cash at 6:00 p.m. on November 27, 2008. She is being held in the Guangyuan City Detention Center.
17. [Zhalantun City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Zhang Fenglan Held in the Huhehaote City Women's Prison
Zhalantun City Police Department chief Ding Shaowei and fourteen policemen arrested Ms. Zhang Fenglan from her home on March 27, 2006. They put her first into the Arongqi Detention Center and then transferred her into the Zhalantun City Detention Center. After one year of detention, she was sentenced to four years in prison. Ms. Zhang is held in the Huhehaote City Women's Prison.
18. [Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhang Zhenghua Arrested
Mr. Zhang Zhenghua from Guiyang City was arrested and held in Qing Town for explaining the facts about Falun Gong. The police told his family to pay 40,000 yuan, as otherwise he would not be released.
19. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Persecution of Several Practitioners
Mr. Geng Wenping from Shuncheng Street, Xinji City was sentenced to one year of forced labor and held in the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Yang Zhiyun is still held in the city's detention center. Mr. Wang Zhipu from Sishang Village was on trial on December 28, 2008.
20. [Chongqing] Mr. Lei Bifu Arrested
Police attempted to arrest 40-year-old Mr. Lei Bifu in 2002, and as a result, he has led a homeless life since then. He returned home in September 2008 and talked to people about Falun Gong at his wife's store. Eight policemen arrested him at 9:00 a.m. on December 12, 2008. The police beat Mr. Lei. His wife tried to stop them, but she was also beaten. The police put the couple in Lingjiang Town Police Station in Kai County, Chongqing. His wife was released the next day, but Mr. Lei is still held in the county detention center.

21. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Liang Xiuzhi Arrested
Police arrested Ms. Liang Xiuzhi on December 27, 2008 when she explained the facts about Falun Gong in Beixindian Township, Nanyang City. Her whereabouts are unknown.
22. [Guizhou Province] Mr. Song Bangfu Tortured
Mr. Song Bangfu was arrested on May 8, 2008. The police tortured him and his head was deformed as a result. They sent him to a police hospital and then attempted to put him in the Zhongba Forced Labor Camp, but the officials there refused to accept Mr. Song because of his severe injury. The police then returned him to the labor camp's hospital. Mr. Song has been forced to do heavy labor in the camp's No. 2 Division since July 2008.
23. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Xu Chensheng Arrested
Police arrested Mr. Xu Chensheng the afternoon of December 24, 2008 when he went to local police office to renew his citizen's I.D. card. He is being held in the city detention center.
24. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Mr. He Yunfeng Sentenced to Forced Labor
Twenty officers from the Daxiang District Police Department in Shaoyang City arrested Mr. He Yunfeng from Shaoyang City and put him in a brainwashing center on October 12, 2007. Mr. He was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and taken to the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp on November 28, 2008. Police refused all his family's attempts to visit Mr. He.
25. [Shandong Province] Practitioners Persecuted in the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Qiu Jiaxiu from Weifang City has been arrested three times. Ms. Liang Hongzhi and Mr. Yu Zhentao from Weihai City are still held in the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp and forced to do heavy labor. They have also been deprived of sleep for a long time.

Three officers from the Qianxi Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Zhang Guilan's home and ransacked the place at 10:00 a.m. on December 8, 2008.
