When the Chinese Communist Party's practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and cremating their bodies to destroy the evidence was exposed, the Falun Dafa Association and the Minghui/Clearwisdom website formed the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" (CIPFG) on April 4, 2006. They began comprehensively collecting information and investigation leads. Below is recent information that the coalition has obtained. It's our hope that once more people of justice hear this news, they will continue to step forward and expose the labor camps, prisons and hospitals throughout China that have participated in the systematic persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners, and help us end the persecution.

1. Investigation Lead: Liuhuangding Hospital at Yantai City, Shandong Province Performs Ten to Twenty Kidney Transplants Monthly (Video Recording)

Volunteer investigators went to Liuhuangding Hospital at Yantai City, Shandong Province to investigate liver transplants and shot a video.

Doctor Zhang Yan, Deputy Director and Deputy Professor, was recorded.

Zhang Yan said:

"We perform organ transplants fast here."

"We have performed many liver transplants. We are well-recognized because of that in our province."

"We can actually perform a transplant within a few days, which is quite fast. It also could take one month. If we take it slow, you might have to wait for a while."

"We generally perform ten to twenty (transplants) each month, no matter if you are on the fast or slow schedule."

"We perform a lot every month."

"We have some donors available. Once the type matching is done, we can perform the operation immediately."

Zhang Yan mentioned "many" liver transplants -- the donors' backgrounds remained unexplained.

Concerning liver transplants at Shandong Liuhuangding Hospital, please refer to reports from July 15, 2006, "Numerous Kidney Transplants [Performed] at Yuhuangding Hospital, Yantai City -- Live Donors Found within Days," posted on Minghui website on July 17, 2006 under the heading "Conversation with the Director of Urology, Yantaishan Hospital, Yantai City."

2. Investigation Lead: Beijing 310 Hospital Guarantees to Perform Liver Transplant Within One Week

I am from Zhengzhou. One of my co-worker's classmates has liver cancer, and requires a liver transplant. In mid-July, he was hospitalized at Beijing 301 Hospital (a hospital specifically for high level Chinese Communist Party officials). The doctor guaranteed to perform the liver transplant within one week for a fee of 350,000 yuan. My co-worker found it preposterous that the doctor promised to perform the liver transplant within one week. This clearly shows that a large living organ bank is hidden somewhere.

3. Investigation Lead: Recently, Mid-China Technology University Tongji Medical School Affiliated with Xiehe Hospital Performed a Kidney Transplant on a Male Patient

Mid-China Technology University Tongji Medical School, affiliated with Xiehe Hospital recently performed a kidney transplant for a male patient with the last name of Lin who is from Suizhou City in Hubei Province. His family said there were absolutely no difficulties in having the kidney transplant. They mentioned that there were many kidneys to be had. One could have a kidney transplant at any time. They were only waiting for the funding from the insurance company. The operation had a price tag of 160,000 yuan.

4. Investigation Lead: Forced Blood Tests at Wumaping Prison

In February 2005, Wumaping Prison in Leshan City, Sichuan Province suddenly began forced blood tests of all the detained Falun Dafa practitioners and criminals in the prison. The deputy warden with the last name of Tang, who is in charge of hygiene, went to supervise the entire process. A few prisoners who were either old, weak, sick, or disabled refused to have a blood test taken. They were pressed to the ground and had their blood taken. Tang even beat those who did not cooperate as the blood tests were done.

5. Investigation Lead: Organ Transplants at Shijiazhang City People's Hospital

In 2002, Shijiazhuang City People's Hospital in Hebei Province began to perform kidney transplants. On July 21, 2006, a patient from Ling County received a liver transplant. His family said that the liver donor was from Tangshan City.

6. Investigation Lead: Langfang City Piping Bureau Center Hospital Performed a Liver Transplant -- Donor Was From Beijing

On May 9, Langfang City Piping Bureau Central Hospital performed a liver transplant on a male patient with the last name of Lu who had liver cancer. They invited an expert surgeon from Beijing. The donor was also from Beijing. On July 3, a Falun Gong practitioner noticed a banner outside the Piping Bureau with the words, "The First Liver Transplant Successfully Done in Weifang City."
