Spain: Supreme Court Accepts Falun Gong Appeal in Genocide Case against CCP Official Jia Qinglin (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the 6th of June 2006, after the hearing of witnesses, the criminal section of the Supreme Court of Spain decided to accept the appeal submitted by Falun Gong practitioners accusing Jia Qinglin, high official of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), of having committed genocide against Falun Gong and ordered the State Court of Spain to investigate and adjudicate the case.

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 10, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Ukraine held an activity in Konstantinovka to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes against Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Falun Gong practitioners set up a display to show the benefit of Falun Dafa and to expose the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP. Because their display was close to a market, many people stopped by to learn facts of the persecution and to sign in support of Falun Gong.

Mr. Liu Yongwang in Critical Condition After More Than 15 Days on Hunger Strike to Protest Illegal Prison Sentence

(Clearwisdom.net) Officials from the Baoding City Security Bureau, from the Baoding City Police Department, the Xinshi District Procuratorate and Xinshi District Court in Baoding City colluded in framing four Baoding Dafa practitioners who were sentenced to prison on May 11, 2006. Practitioners Zhi Zhanmin and Zhang Rongjie were sentenced to 12 years in prison; Liu Yongwang was sentenced to eight years in prison, and Wei Haiwu was sentenced to four years in prison. Liu Yongwang has appealed with the Baoding City Intermediate Court.
