Ms. Ye Lianping Tortured to Death by Police Officers in Mudanjiang City

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Ye Lianping, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Mudanjiang City Heilongjiang Province, was tortured to death by police officers. We hope people who know what happened will expose the unlawful conduct of the police by providing detailed information about Ms. Ye's death.

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 25, 2004, police from Shulan City arrested Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yu Shujin from Yongji County, Jilin Province. He was tortured until he developed liver cirrhosis and abdominal fluid retention after twenty days of detention. In December 2004, a Shulan City Court sentenced him to twelve years in prison and sent him to the Tiebei Prison in Changchun City for further persecution. He was at the brink of death. On November 10, 2005, being at death's door, the authorities from the Tiebei Prison were afraid of taking responsibility, and sent Yu Shujin home.

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Deng Jianmei is a 40-year-old practitioner in Daqing City. After July 1999 when the persecution began she was repeatedly illegally arrested and was fired from her job. Her husband divorced her and she was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. She was held at the Harbin Women's Prison where she was forced to sit on the concrete floor for six months. The perpetrators assaulted her breasts and private areas and knocked out two of her lower front teeth when force-feeding her. They hit her with sticks and pinched her eyelids with tweezers. After her eyelids were wounded and bleeding they poured detergent on her eyes. Zhao Yingling and Zhao Huihua, the head and deputy head of the prison hospital, led more than ten guards and more than twenty inmates to pin down Deng Jianmei and others and draw out large amounts of blood. Deng Jianmei had a heart attack from this torture. Her body still trembles and she is depressed even to this day.
