Shandong Province Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wang Bingwen's Life is in Danger After Five Month Hunger Strike
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Bingwen from Qingdao City, Shandong Province is currently detained in the Qingdao City Forced Labor Camp. He has been on a hunger strike since August 2003 to protest the persecution against Falun Dafa. It has been over 5 months, and his life is currently in danger. However, the Qingdao City Forced Labor Camp and other responsible authorities still refuse to release him.

Mr. Yuan Jiang, age 30, graduated in July 1995 from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University. He was the volunteer director of the Falun Dafa Assistance Center of Gansu Province. He was the Assistant General Manager of the Information Technology Engineering Co., an affiliate to the Telecommunications Bureau of Lanzhou City. Later he was dismissed from the position for refusing to give up his beliefs, and was made the Chief Technical Executive. He was arrested on August 30, 2001 around Dunhuang City, Gansu Province. After being tortured by police from the Gansu Province Police Department, he died on November 9, 2001.

One day in December of 2001, I went to the countryside with another practitioner to distribute flyers that clarified the truth about Falun Gong and we were reported to the police, arrested and taken to the Public Security Bureau. The Political and Security Section Chief at the Public Security Bureau in Zhangwu County in Liaoning Province, Cui Haifeng asked me where my flyers came from and who I was in contact with, but I did not tell him. They went to search my home and forcibly took away my Dafa books and other items, and then sent us to the detention center.
