(Minghui.org) Governor Wes Moore of the State of Maryland issued a citation in January 2026, to mark the 20th anniversary of Shen Yun Performing Arts.
Governor Wes Moore, Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller, and Secretary of State Susan C. Lee expressed appreciation for Shen Yun’s outstanding service.
Shen Yun Performing Arts will hold ten shows for the people of Washington DC, Maryland (which is adjacent to Washington DC), and Virginia in the Kennedy Center January 7-18, 2026.

The citation reads, “Governor of the State of Maryland, to SHEN YUN PERFORMING ARTS 20h ANNIVERSARY.
“Be it Known: Because of your demonstration of high integrity and ability, meriting our great trust and respect, we are most pleased to award you the Governor's Citation in appreciation of your outstanding services to the citizens of this State.”
