(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 5 cities or counties in 3 provinces, where at least 6 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jiang Yongqin Released on Medical Parole
2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Zhaorong Detained

6. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Meng Xiuyun Escapes Arrest

1. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jiang Yongqin Released on Medical Parole

Ms. Jiang Yongqin suffered a broken leg due to abuse while serving a five-year term in the Jilin Province Women’s Prison. She was released on medical parole after being diagnosed with cancer.

2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Zhaorong Detained

Ms. Wang Zhaorong, 75, was arrested by Daoli Police Department officers on December 15, 2025, for distributing Falun Gong flyers. The police ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Gong books. She has been held in the Yaziquan Detention Center since.

3. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Jia Zhanmin Detained

Mr. Jia Zhanmin was arrested on December 18, 2025, by Daluzhuang Township Police Station officers. He was detained for 15 days in the Dingzhou City Lockup and released on January 2, 2026.

4. [Quyang County, Hebei Province] Mr. Gu Minglong Detained

Mr. Gu Minglong was arrested by Jiahe Police Station officers on December 24, 2025, when he was distributing Falun Gong flyers at the station. He is being held in the Quyang County Lockup.

5. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Deli Harassed

Mr. Zhang Deli’s son received a call from the Xicheng Police Station in late December 2025. The officer asked him where Mr. Zhang was and ordered him to turn in a picture of Mr. Zhang.
