(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners participated in the association forum in Agde, a city in southern France, on September 6, 2025. They introduced Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) to the public and raised awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution. The forum is held every September and aims to introduce various associations and their activities to the public.

Agde, an ancient Greek city in southern France known as the “Black Pearl of the Mediterranean” for its basalt stone architecture, is located on the seafront. The Canal du Midi flows through it.

Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Dafa exercises and told people about the CCP’s persecution and its transnational repression in France and other Western countries. They also collected signatures on a petition to the G7+7 countries [Editor’s Note: The G7 includes Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States; the +7 includes Argentina, Australia, India, Israel, Mexico, South Korea, and Taiwan], calling on people to help stop the CCP’s state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting from Falun Dafa practitioners.

Agde Mayor Sébastien Frey visited the Falun Dafa booth and greeted practitioners.

Blandine and her two daughters wish to learn the Falun Dafa exercises.

Blandine found the booth very appealing. She said she learned a lot and gained a deeper understanding of Falun Dafa. She said, “I didn’t know about it before. I will learn more and bring my daughters to a group practice site to learn the exercises.” She was appalled at the CCP’s persecution of practitioners, who simply practice their own traditions and culture. She said the persecution is inhumane, senseless, and cruel. She signed the petition.

Jannick had a long conversation with a practitioner at the booth. She was very interested in learning Falun Gong. She expressed her opposition to all forms of persecution and signed the petition.

Isabelle lived in Asia and had previously heard about the persecution, and she also signed the petition.

Many people signed up for the free Falun Dafa classes that are held every Saturday and Sunday in Agde.
