Dafa Miracles Inspired My Husband to Become a Practitioner

(Minghui.org) I am 73 years of age. I used to have many diseases, including stomach problems, hemorrhoids, gynecological diseases, and a serious lumbar disc herniation. I suffered unbearable pain every day, and no medical treatment helped..

I began to practice Falun Dafa in March 1999. After I began practicing, I behaved in accordance with the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to become a better person. All of my diseases then disappeared completely, and I have not taken any medicine in the past 26 years.

Seeing my physical and spiritual changes, my entire family, especially my husband, deeply believes in Dafa. A few years ago, I took over the responsibilities of making and distributing truth-clarifying materials. My husband took the initiative to do housework and take care of our grandson, so that I could have more time to do Dafa work.

After we purchased an electric tricycle, my husband used it to transport printing supplies and take printers in for repairs. Every year, he would use it to bring paper and calendar frames home in time for me to make Dafa calendars. He also often drove me out to clarify the truth and distribute materials. Although he was not a practitioner, he never neglected anything related to Dafa.

My husband is an honest and reserved man. He always upholds justice against evil. After I filed the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin in 2015, we faced severe harassment. He would stand at the door and challenge police officers regarding the legality of their visit every time they knocked on our door. He emphasized that Dafa practitioners are good people and practicing Falun Gong does not break any law.

Dafa Miracle

Because my husband and I both experienced difficult times during the Great Famine, we were very frugal and kept any usable items. We used an old electric pressure cooker to cook rice that probably should have been replaced years ago.

One day in April 2024, I came home from doing truth clarification earlier than usual because of bad weather. As I entered the door, I saw my husband coming out of the kitchen with rice all over his body. At that moment, my daughter-in-law also came out of her bedroom with a panicked look. We both asked what happened. My husband was still in shock. He said, “The pressure cooker exploded. It would be a major disaster if it were not for the protection of Master.”

My husband continued, “I plugged in the cooker and then went to watch TV in the living room. After a while, I heard strange sounds coming from the kitchen. I went to check it out. I walked to the stove, and the cooker burst before I touched it. The hot rice sprayed all over the ceiling, the window, the floor, and me. Amazingly, the hot rice was actually cool when it landed on me.”

We both kowtowed to Master to thank him for his salvation. My husband told all our relatives about his miracle story during the New Year gathering, and everyone praised the power of Dafa. Since this incident, my husband has believed in Dafa even more and became a practitioner.

Now, he watches Master’s Fa-lecture videos or listens to Fa-lecture recordings during the day and does the exercises at night. Our whole family is grateful for Master’s salvation!
