Additional Persecution News from China – June 11, 2025 (7 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 12 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
2. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Ba Shan Likely Arrested
3. [Nong’an County, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Xiangge Harassed
5. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zheng Fenglian Harassed
6. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Shujuan Detained
7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Chen Hong Tried

1. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Three practitioners from Yangjuanzi Town, including Mr. Wang Jianquan, his brother Mr. Wang Jianqi, and Mr. Wang Jianqi’s wife, were arrested on June 2, 2025. Mr. Wang Jianqi was released the same day.

2. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Ba Shan Likely Arrested

Ms. Ba Shan, 69, of Lishui District, went missing after she was reported to police for talking to people about Falun Gong on June 7, 2025. Her family suspected that she might have been arrested.

3. [Nong’an County, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Zhao Yahui, Ms. Xu Yanping, and Ms. Liu Jinxia, of Lijia Township, as well as Ms. Xu Airu of Longwang Township, were arrested in early June 2025, and their homes were ransacked.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Xiangge Harassed

Officers from the Xingye Street Police Station in Kuancheng District went to Ms. Liu Xiangge’s home on the afternoon of June 7, 2025. Ms. Liu was not in. The police took some photos and returned again in the evening to harass her.

5. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zheng Fenglian Harassed

Ms. Zheng Fenglian from Xirubao Village was harassed by village official Li You and officers from the Yizhou Town Police Station in late April 2025. They took photos of Ms. Zheng without her permission.

6. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Shujuan Detained

Ms. Liu Shujuan from Shuncheng District was arrested by officers from the Jiangjun Police Station on the afternoon of May 20, 2025, while talking to people about Falun Gong. She was detained for 15 days in the Fushun City Detention Center and released on June 3, 2025.

7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Chen Hong Tried

Mr. Chen Hong was arrested by officers from the Nanling Street Police Station in Nanguan District on November 30, 2024. He was transferred to a detention center after 15 days in a lockup facility.

The Nanguan District Procuratorate approved Mr. Chen’s arrest on January 13, 2025. His lawyer was denied visits with him and reviewing his case documents. The Chaoyang District Court held a secret hearing for his case in early June 2025, without informing his family.
