Additional Persecution News from China – June 6, 2025 (5 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 5 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 9 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Heishan County, Liaoning Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

1. [Heishan County, Liaoning Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xu Yue, Ms. Zhang Yanxia, in her 50s, Mr. Wang Haihui, in his 50s, Gao Xiaohua, gender unknown, and a practitioner in their 80s, name and gender unknown, were arrested at their respective homes on June 3, 2025.

Ms. Zhang was arrested by officers from the Heishan Police Department between 9 and 10 a.m. The police confiscated her printers, Falun Gong printouts, and consumables. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Wang was arrested by Changxing Police Station officers around the same time. The officers ransacked his place and seized his laptop, printers, and computer parts for his business. Released on June 4, Mr. Wang has been forced to live away from home to avoid further persecution.

Gao was arrested by Banlamen Police Station officers and released on June 4.

Ms. Xu’s apartment was also ransacked during her arrest and her laptop was confiscated.

2. [Qi County, Henan Province] Ms. Li Shuzhen’s Pension Suspended

Ms. Li Shuzhen, 82 and a retired teacher in Litun Village, Shiyuan Township, had her pension suspended by the Qi County Social Security Bureau. The financial persecution left her family struggling to make ends meet, especially given that her husband, 84, a farmer with no retirement income, has been incapacitated for years due to sequelae of brain and heart conditions.

3. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Qian Feng Arrested

Mr. Qian Feng, who works for the Xiliu Town Clothing Factory in Haicheng City, was arrested on the evening of June 3, 2025. The police ransacked his home and seized many Falun Gong printouts.

4. [Xuyong County, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Jinrong Detained

Ms. He Jinrong, 67, a retired accountant from Xuyong County Trading Company, was arrested on May 20, 2025. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Luzhou City Detention Center.

5. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Leng Xiaocheng Faces Trial

Mr. Leng Xiaocheng has been held in the Bengbu City Detention Center in Anhui Province since April 11, 2024. The Huaishang District Procuratorate in Bengbu indicted him and submitted his case to the Huaishang District Court on April 27, 2025.
