The World’s People Are No Longer Like They Were Before

(Minghui.org) I have recently noticed many unusual changes. For example, one non-cultivating family member suddenly started becoming exceptionally respectful to Master, since I’m not sure when. Apart from voluntarily offering fruit to Master’s portrait, he even quoted Master’s teachings when we talked about matters in life and society. When we went out in the car, if there was no particular matter for us to discuss, I would play Master’s lectures in Guangzhou and he listened with great interest and enjoyed the process.

Similar things have happened with my neighbors. We are all usually busy with our own lives, and even when we meet, we often just rush off in a hurry. One day not long ago, a neighbor called out to me as I was walking by. She voluntarily talked to me passionately, saying that she had placed all the materials that I had given her, such as Minghui International, in a fixed location, and she would not allow her husband to touch them because they are too valuable. I told her that she could share them with him, and if they become too old I would give her new ones. She seemed to have something very important to tell me, and she continued by saying, “Falun Dafa is very precious. When I see you, I think about Falun Dafa. I even remember which year and which day you moved here… You are just like my family.” This was the first time a neighbor voluntarily expressed her love for Falun Dafa to me before I had even clarified the truth to her.

Many years ago, Falun Dafa practitioners from all over the world gathered in Manhattan, New York to clarify the truth, and I squeezed out time from my busy project work to join in a few times. My house is relatively far from Manhattan, so I needed to drive, take a bus, and walk before I could reach the destination. This neighbor had seen me placing boards with the truth written on them in the cold weather in my car, and she ran over to say to me, “Do you know that you are really great? You all are changing the world. You will change the world.” This was at the time when the persecution had just started, a very difficult and dark period for us. I am not sure how she understood to that level at that time. In the blink of an eye, many years have passed.

In actual fact, I feel a bit guilty because I was so busy with my project that I did not have time to clarify the truth to more of my neighbors. I could only send forth righteous thoughts for them occasionally, give some of them truth-clarification materials, or recite “Falun Dafa is good” for them in my heart when I passed them. One day when I went to the library, I started chatting about Falun Dafa, and people there suddenly showed great interest, leading me to quickly head back to my car to get them each a copy of Minghui International. They accepted the copies very happily and started to flip through them. This made me think all the more about how to let more people benefit from Falun Dafa and its principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.

However, recently another neighbor, who was enjoying the cool weather on the lawn in front of their door, saw me returning home and enthusiastically raised her newborn baby up high to let me see. She even asked her baby to greet me very loudly. Actually, I could not even name them, but their joy and passion was clearly conveyed to me across the lawns of a few houses. Such encounters recently have made me feel that I am not that distant with the neighbors. Although we seldom have the chance to talk or interact with one another, they are very familiar with me.

The spirituality of the world’s people seems to have been awakened. Once matters regarding Falun Dafa appear around them, they become very sensitive and voluntary. Things were not like that in the past.

A practitioner shared the feedback from some readers regarding the 303^rd edition of Heaven and Earth. These few readers were secondary school teachers in a small city in China. According to the practitioner, the first person to give feedback was a retired senior teacher. This teacher has taught Chinese for more than 40 years, so she had researched ancient literature deeply and had published many books. She was nearly 80 years old, and after reading this edition of Heaven and Earth, she made very positive comments about the magazine. She especially complimented the article “Fighting is Not a Form of Bliss,” saying that the story was very real and touching.

The second person was an arts teacher, who was also a famous photographer locally, and about 50 years old. After reading the 303rd edition of Heaven and Earth, he first complimented the magazine’s quality, saying that its quality was very high, the paper that was used to print it was coated on both sides, and the print quality was very good, giving a very high-class feel, while the pictures were very clear. After briefly flipping through the contents, he said that the content of the magazine was of a very high level, covering a very wide range of topics, ranging from true articles and traditional culture in China to arts overseas, and the readability of the magazine was very high. After thinking it over, he chatted a bit and added that it would be better if there were moving stories from the cultivators overseas. The practitioner told him that there are many stories like that, and it was just that this edition did not write so much about that. He gave a very high rating to the magazine.

The third person was a Chinese teacher from a primary school in a rural town. She had yet to read through the contents of Heaven and Earth in detail. She just caught a few glimpses of the content when someone else was flipping through the magazine. When she saw the pictures in the magazine, she was full of praise. When she saw the Notre Dame in Paris and the oil painting in there, she said that it was the best publication, and no other publication could compare.

From what I see, these are the world’s people’s true feelings about Falun Dafa when their spirituality is no longer being blinded by the mundane dust. This is because all these matters share a similarity, which is that the people’s spirituality and understanding of the Fa is hugely different from what it was in the past. With regards to the truth about Dafa, they seem to be able to learn a lot without anyone explaining it to them. They just understand without much explanation.

Fellow practitioners, if any of us have yet to catch up in terms of enlightenment quality, we really need to make good use of the remaining time so that we will not be left behind in the Fa-rectification process.
