Work Life Becomes Harmonious and Wonderful After Practicing Falun Dafa
Mr. Arash Mohammadi thanks Master
Mr. Arash Mohammadi, 43, is a biomedical technician from Iran. He lives in Queensland and practices Falun Dafa.
One of Mr. Mohammadi’s friends from Iran practices Falun Dafa, and when he visited him in 2019, the man told him about Dafa. Mr. Mohammadi recalled, “I watched the video of Master teaching the exercises and my friend also showed me the exercises movements. I could already feel energy on my arms, especially when I did the second exercise. It felt as though someone was helping me raise my arms. No words can describe that feeling.” He began practicing Falun Dafa.
He said when he read Zhuan Falun he was truly inspired. He understood some of the Fa principles Master mentioned in the book. He said, “Just as Master said, the answers to the many problems that we meet in our cultivation can be found in Zhuan Falun.”
He also said, “After I started practicing Falun Dafa, I am very committed. I often read Zhuan Falun and practice the exercises. A month after I began practicing I was able to meditate for an hour. When I practiced the exercises with my friend and we did the fifth exercise, the meditation, I saw beautiful mountain ranges through my third eye.”
He said practicing Falun Dafa improved many aspects of his life. He said, “My personality became very calm and patient.” He understood that as a cultivator, he must use the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance to guide his life and he should strive to be a good person.
After he began practicing Falun Dafa Mr. Mohammadi said he had some profound experiences, “Especially when I go through the tribulations and tests, I understood that this is bad karma that I accumulated and I need to get rid of it. These things happened to help me improve my xinxing.”
Seeing his positive changes his family and friends know Falun Dafa is good, and some even looked into Falun Dafa. He said, “My sister recently started reading Zhuan Falun and doing the exercises. My mother read Zhuan Falun once and listened to some of Master’s teachings. My father read Zhuan Falun at least ten times and even practiced the exercises with me a few times.
Mr. Mohammadi said, “I respectfully wish Master a happy birthday!”
Cultivating in Falun Dafa Pieced My Broken Pieces Back
Charlotte from Sydney thanks Master for his benevolent salvation.
Charlotte started practicing in Falun Dafa in November 2020. As this year’s World Falun Dafa Day approaches, she thanks Master for his benevolent salvation.
A teenage Falun Dafa practitioner, Charlotte said, “Dafa pieced the broken parts of me back together again. Every time I go through difficult times, Dafa made impossible things possible. Master gave us the direction to become a good person. No matter what happens, we must be good people, think of others and think about our shortcomings and where we can improve when we get into conflicts. During difficult times, Master gave us direction and hope, untied and healed my past pains and knots, and he helps us grow.”
Before she began practicing Falun Dafa, Charlotte was diagnosed with many illnesses such as severe stomach problems, dizziness, stuffy nose, breathing problems, insomnia, anxiety and depression. She always tries to differentiate what is truly good and what is truly bad. She only has one wish—to be a good person. Due to the conflicts and resentments that she faced during her interactions with others Charlotte lost her direction and she slowly accumulated a body full of illnesses despite her young age. She had to stop her studies and could not work.
After she began practicing Falun Dafa, Charlotte’s mind and body changed a lot. “I became more friendly and amiable. I try my best to be friendly to everyone. Before I began practicing I placed great emphasis on my reputation and gains so I was always wary of everyone. I wanted everyone to think I was great. I could not let others know about my weaknesses.”
After she began practicing Charlotte followed the Fa principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance to guide herself in her speech and actions. “Be it material or spiritual, I am able to slowly learn what is good and what is bad. This allows my mind and body to become healthy and calm.”
Charlotte thinks that these changes show in different ways, “I also understood why I was plagued with so many illnesses. Due to my pursuit for all sorts of fame and gain in life, I was constantly worried about losing out. I went for my pursuits at all costs, and unknowingly hurt myself.”
She said in the four years she’s practiced Falun Dafa, her mind and body are constantly improving and the people around her witnessed her changes. She thanks Master from the bottom of her heart and respectfully wishes Master a happy birthday!
Learning to Look at the Other Person’s Merits During a Conflict
With the 2025 World Falun Dafa Day around the corner, Chen Yipin from Western Australia wants to express her gratitude to Master from the bottom of her heart. She said, “When I was very young I felt that life had no meaning so I practiced Buddhism. After I began practicing Falun Dafa I realized that only Dafa can help me return to Heaven. I want to thank Master for introducing Falun Dafa to the world.”
Yipin lived in Singapore in 1996, and a friend told her mother about Falun Dafa. Because Yipin’s health was always poor her mother suggested that she try practicing. Yipin read Falun Dafa’s main book Zhuan Falun and understood that practicing Falun Dafa doesn’t mean just doing the exercises, but also striving to become a better person and get rid of one’s attachments. “I was always interested in stories about cultivation since I was a child. Master uses simple and straightforward language in Zhuan Falun to teach people how to cultivate and become higher level beings. I decided to practice Falun Dafa.”
After she began practicing Yipin’s stomach problems and migraine headaches disappeared and she became healthy. Her temper also improved, “In the past, I had a bad temper. Even my face darkened when I wasn’t happy. I often had conflicts with my husband and the atmosphere in our house was very tense. I gradually learned to look at the other party’s merits during a conflict and also learned that the root cause of all problems stems from my self-centeredness. I also became a more cheerful person.”
Yipin said, “Some of family members now practice Falun Dafa. They abide by the standards of a cultivator and the relationships in my family are more harmonious.”
