(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 9 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Peng Arrested
2. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Yuexia Arrested
3. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Kaibo and Huang Arrested
4. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jia Jin’e Arrested
5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] A Married Couple and Their Son Arrested
6. [Tianjin] Ms. Yang Shufen Being Held in a Detention Center

1. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Peng Arrested

Ms. Peng, a retired teacher from Yantai University, was followed by police while distributing Falun Gong materials. She was arrested by officers from the Wanghai Police Station in Laishan District at noon on March 21, 2025. The officers ransacked her home and held her in the Wanghai Police Station.

2. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Yuexia Arrested

Ms. Guo Yuexia from Qian’an City was reported to the police when she went to the Henghe farmers market in Lulong County, Qinhuangdao City, to distribute Falun Gong materials on the morning of March 16, 2025. She was arrested by local police, and is being held in the Qinhuangdao City Detention Center. Her family members aren’t allowed to visit her or send clothing to her, but are only allowed to make cash deposits to her commissary account.

3. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Kaibo and Huang Arrested

Mr. Wang Kaibo was arrested by local police around early March 2025. Another practitioner, whose last name is Huang, was also arrested.

4. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jia Jin’e Arrested

Ms. Jia Jin’e from Biankouzi Village, Taijitun Town, Nanpiao District, was arrested by railway police officers from the Xinmin Railway Section in Shenyang City on March 19, 2025, when she was returning home after visiting a relative in Shenyang. Officers from the Nanpiao District Police Department took her home and ransacked her place. She was given five days of administrative detention in the Huludao City Lockup.

5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] A Married Couple and Their Son Arrested

Mr. He Xiding from Shenze County was arrested by officers from the Chengguan Police Station on the evening of March 9, 2025. The police claimed that someone saw Falun Gong materials in their neighborhood and reported it. Suspecting that it was Mr. He who distributed the materials, the police arrested him. He was held in Wuji County Detention Center and released on March 17.

His wife, Lihong (last name unknown), and their son, Mr. He Shuai, were also arrested at the same time. The mother and son were interrogated and released after 24 hours.
