Falun Dafa Saves People From Near Death

(Minghui.org) I have been practicing Falun Dafa for 25 years. Falun Dafa encompasses Buddha Fa; it is extraordinary and miraculous. I will share two of my most unforgettable cultivation experiences.

My Husband Recovered After a Nearly Fatal Accident

One night, not long after I began practicing Dafa, my husband (who is also a practitioner) left at 9 p.m. for his night shift, while I was washing and preparing chili peppers. Around 1 a.m., I heard a knock at the door. I wondered who it could be at that hour and was hesitant to open it, so I asked, “Who is it?” The person outside replied, “It’s me.” I couldn’t tell who it was, so I asked again, “Who is it?” The voice was very weak. “It’s me.” When I opened the door, I saw my husband covered in blood, mud, and dirt, with his cotton coat stained with even more blood. Two purple bumps protruded from his eyes, and blood was flowing from his nose, mouth, and ears. “What happened to you?” I asked. “I was hit by a car,” he said. I quickly helped him up, saying, “We practice Falun Dafa; Master protects us, so it’s alright, it’s alright.”

I called the neighbors to take him to the hospital. My husband had lost a lot of blood and was close to death. The doctor said he had lost three liters of blood from his wounds and recommended a conservative treatment. After my husband regained consciousness, he said he had been hit by a truck and thrown into the air, and lost consciousness as he landed. He didn’t know how much time had passed before he woke up. The truck driver had fled, and my husband told himself, “I have to get home; it’s too cold here.” He couldn’t find his motorcycle or his helmet. He trudged home, sometimes lucid, sometimes confused. He didn’t know how he managed to get home. Luckily, when he reached the village entrance, he recognized it; he knew there were five houses before ours. He said, “Then I heard a cracking sound, and I knew my broken bones were being set.”

Later, relatives searched along the road for his motorcycle and returned saying there was a large pool of blood on the ground, with a big circle of blood radiating outward.

The doctor said to my husband, “Nine out of ten people in your condition wouldn’t have survived.” However, my husband was discharged after only nine days in the hospital, which cost 4,000 yuan. Two other patients in the same ward, with less severe injuries, spent 40,000 yuan on treatment and still weren’t better. People who knew my husband said to him, “You are very lucky!” Yes, we Dafa practitioners are protected by Master; this is the miraculous power of Dafa.

After my husband was discharged, he still expelled blood clots from his mouth and nose, and they smelled terrible. His ears felt blocked. He continued studying the Fa and doing the exercises as usual. A year later, he was fully recovered. We know Master was purifying my husband’s body and clearing away the karmic debts he had accumulated over his lifetimes.

A Village Woman Survived Near Death After Her Husband Recited, “Falun Dafa is Good” to Her

A woman in our village has the same surname as me. Although I refer to her as “third aunt,” according to seniority, we’re the same age.

On the 26th day of the 12th lunar month in 2023, I heard that the third aunt was very ill. She was taken to a hospital, but they refused to admit her. The doctor prescribed three days of medication and told her family to prepare for her death. We all went to visit her. We saw that the doctor had inserted a feeding tube, her face and head were swollen, and she was unconscious and breathing shallowly. We heard that her lungs were completely white, she had a brain tumor, and she was bleeding; her situation was indeed dire.

The third aunt’s family was preparing for her funeral as her other relatives wept. On the 28th day of the 12th lunar month, they dressed her in burial clothes. Her younger brother arrived and was overwhelmed with grief upon seeing his sister dressed that way. Because of COVID-19, he had recently lost his mother and wife. Now, his only remaining relative was about to leave him. He shouted at his sister’s family, “You just wish to have a peaceful year; do you want her to die faster?” After he made a scene, her family removed the burial clothes and covered her with a quilt.

I visited her again on the fifth day of January in the Lunar New Year. Her husband was combing her hair, and tears were streaming down his face, as he said, “What a pity, she’s so young.” I said, “Let me suggest something that may help. Sincerely recite, ‛Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ Remember, you must recite the words sincerely and respectfully. Sincerity is key; those who aren’t sincere can’t be helped.” Her husband replied, “Sure, write it down for me, and I’ll repeat the words. I will say the words as long as my mouth still works. I’ll recite while kneeling. Come back in a few days.”

Eight days later, I visited the aunt. Her husband was combing her hair again. She hadn’t opened her eyes yet. He told me that the feeding tube had been removed, and she was able to eat porridge. He fed her half a bowl of porridge, and she ate it all. He said, “I kneel and recite, ‘Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!’ Master Li, please save her!”

A few days later, I went to see the aunt again. As soon as I greeted her, she opened her eyes. I asked her, “Do you know my name?” She answered that question and others correctly. I was deeply moved; it was truly a miracle. I went home and told my husband, but he didn’t believe me and decided to see for himself. When he got there, the aunt recognized him, too.

She was sitting up when I visited her a few days later. I put a blanket behind her back to make her more comfortable. Her husband smiled and said, “It’s a miracle! It’s a miracle! She can eat a whole bowl of porridge now!” I responded, “Remember, ‘Falun Dafa is good.’ It was Master who saved her. Master is saving people in the human world.”

Later, the aunt was able to walk. When I saw her again, she was dressed neatly and walking outside. At her next checkup, her lungs were completely normal. After that, I often saw her when at the market or while shopping.

A hospital refused to admit her, and the physician gave her only three days to live. However, without taking any medication, and by simply hearing “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” she was saved from the brink of death. This shows the greatness of Master and the extraordinary power of Dafa.
