Practitioners in the 144th Bok Kai Festival Parade

Spectators cheered and clapped as practitioners walked by, and many people took introductory flyers about Falun Dafa. Some copied practitioners’ exercise movements.

The host praised them as she introduced their procession and said that Falun Dafa is a traditional cultivation practice which originated in ancient China. Many people said practitioners after the parade, “You look fantastic!” “Your group is great!” and, “Thank you for bringing us Falun Dafa!”

Ms. Judy Mann said practitioners were outstanding in the parade.

Ms. Judy Mann, director of the Info-Center in Marysville and advocate for multiculturalism, praised practitioners’ procession. She said she took many pictures and would share them on her social media account.

People learn about Falun Dafa.

Many people visited the Falun Dafa booth to learn more about the spiritual discipline. Some were interested in learning how to practice. A Chinese man said he heard about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China. “I often watch your online media,” he said. He took several copies of the introductory materials to give to his friends and said he wanted to learn the Falun Dafa exercises.
