Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions Are Manifestations of Faith in Master and the Fa

(Minghui.org) Righteous thoughts and righteous actions are manifestations of faith in Master and the Fa. Believing in the Fa is not a slogan, nor is it empty talk, but rather the belief of a cultivator who follows the Fa in the process of cultivation. It is a pure and complete belief, and it is a belief that flows from the depths of one’s heart, as if every cell of one’s body is believing. This is what we usually call belief that is omnipresent, from the macrocosm to the microcosm.

After more than 20 years of cultivation, I have realized that the power of Dafa would be presented when one has faith in Master and the Fa. On the contrary, if one doesn’t believe in Master and the Fa, nothing could be achieved. If one doesn’t believe in Master and the Fa enough, one is not cultivating. In our cultivation, we will eventually go beyond the human realm. Our knowledge and understanding of things should go beyond ordinary people, and only then can we break away from ordinary people.

Cameras Are Not an Obstacle: What Hinders Us Is Human Notions

I worked in a large wholesale market building for a part-time job in 2013. Some practitioners and I decided to distribute Shen Yun CDs to the vendors in the market. We would introduce the content of the CD while handing out the truth-clarifying brochures and CDs, so that the people working there could see the beauty of Falun Dafa and the truth about the persecution. We quickly reached a consensus and put it into action.

I noticed that there were cameras inside and outside the market building, and I knew that the security personnel would be staring at the computer screen, watching every move. However, I didn’t let that deter me, because the Fa is boundless. I didn’t have negative thoughts and just did what we should do. We just studied the Fa as one body. Each of us carried 150 CDs, and the four of us gave out 600 CDs in total each time. We did it from time to time on each floor in the building. We handed out as many as a few thousand copies total, and returned home safely every time.

Once, when I was handing out the CDs, I saw that at a nearby booth, a security person was talking loudly with a stall owner who was at the end of a row. I just turned around and continued passing out CD’s, having faith that Master would protect us.

I realized that if we practitioners do what we should do, let go of and give ourselves to Master, everything will just turn out right. Every concern of ours is a human notion, which is the very shackle that prevents us from stepping forward to validate the Fa.

When talking about distributing the brochures, some practitioners would emphasize that there are cameras everywhere. They could not remember that we have the protection of our Master, and that our thoughts and actions are powerful. Master said, “If that attachment is relinquished, that material itself does not have any effect.” (Lecture Seven, Zhuan Falun)

During a sharing meeting, I asked a practitioner if she really believes in Master. She said that she did, but I felt that she didn’t really believe. Her belief was at the superficial level, and she was merely saying it. What I’m trying to say is that we need to break through all the obstacles and interference that we encounter in validating the Fa. What do we rely on? We can all rely on Master and Dafa to get through, but the premise is that we have faith, true faith! It is not easy to achieve true faith, and we need to have a solid foundation of cultivation to pave the way.

Cameras Have Nothing to Do With Me

On another occasion, four of us went to a country fair to distribute truth-clarifying materials. The fair was large and there were a lot of people. We went different ways to distribute the materials. I went closer to the gate, and the rest went inside the fair. I did it for a while, and then I noticed that an old man was using his mobile phone to record me. I ignored him and continued, feeling that he couldn’t do anything. I didn’t have any negative thoughts about what he would do.

When I was about to finish, I saw the other practitioners coming out. I told them that someone had videotaped me. They maintained righteous thoughts, saying that it was a good thing. We saw police arriving in a van, so I didn’t get into the car out of concern for the safety of the other practitioners.

I walked past the police van, which drove into the fair, and went to the hairdresser to get my hair done. A few hours later, I went to a practitioner’s house. Other practitioners were there sending righteous thoughts for me, and we looked inward to find our shortcomings.

During the processes of talking to people face to face or passing out materials, when we saw someone who was a little suspicious, we would just turn around or go to another street to continue. We can’t treat sentient beings as enemies, for they are in danger and waiting for us to save them.

The Large LED Screen Is Nothing

There is a large LED screen installed at a busy intersection. One day a CCP message appeared, slandering Dafa. It was scrolling and on 24 hours a day. Some practitioners would go there to check from time to time. We were anxious, but couldn’t do anything but send righteous thoughts. Two male practitioners went to see it during the day, and they discussed and researched ways to solve the problem. They brought a USB flash drive with information about Dafa on it and other tools to deal with the LED screen.

We sent righteous thoughts together. The two practitioners chose a proper time and set off on a motorcycle. When they arrived at the location, one practitioner stayed on the motorcycle, and the other climbed onto the screen box. The light box did not have a USB interface, so the practitioner cut a strand of wires and it went off. The LED box hasn't worked since then.

We didn’t make our plan known to many practitioners; the fewer people who knew about it, the better. The practitioners involved said that the righteous thoughts worked.

As Long As You Believe in Master, Miracles Will Happen

It snowed heavily in December 2021. A practitioner and I took a car to deliver materials to other practitioners. The road was slippery. He tried to pass a car in front of us and lost control of the car. It was about to go into the ditch on the left. I happened to have an amulet with “Falun Dafa is good” in my hand, and I shouted three times: “Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good!” The car turned 180 degrees and stopped in a snowdrift next to the ditch.

It all happened so fast that I believe that it was all done in another dimension, and it was just like what Master said in Lecture Three of Zhuan Falun: “At that very second, the cars stopped and nothing happened.” Since then, I have come to better understand that every word in Zhuan Falun is the Fa, and there are endless layers of connotations in it, which are priceless.

Compassion and Majesty Go Hand in Hand

I had the opportunity to meet an out-of-town practitioner, who was in his 60s. He told me a story. One day he saw a big truck of goods parked in front of a row of houses. Around the truck’s body, there was a banner about two feet wide. On it was printed the words, “We will always follow the CCP.”

The practitioner didn’t hesitate. He stepped forward and pulled the banner off the rear of the truck. After the banner was pulled off, he saw the driver resting in the truck, staring at him. The driver asked, “What are you doing?” The practitioner thought that it was too late to run. With majesty and compassion, he said solemnly: “What time is it, and you still hang this thing?” The driver was shocked, asking, “What time is it now?” The practitioner then told him that the CCP was going to be destroyed, the evil nature of the CCP, and the trend of quitting the CCP. He saved the driver through this incident. That practitioner would pull down such banners wherever he saw them to keep them from harming people.

There are many examples of practitioners having righteous thoughts and doing good deeds, but I have also seen some practitioners who were not doing well. Many practitioners have cultivated for more than 20 years, and the things we encounter should no longer be measured by ordinary people’s reasoning and notions. I saw that some practitioners study, read, and memorize the Fa as a routine, but they couldn’t use the Fa to guide their words and deeds in their cultivation. It seems that there is a disconnect between studying the Fa and cultivation. They can’t use Dafa to correct their words, deeds and thoughts. As soon as their fundamental attachments were touched, they would immediately be affected.

I often saw that some practitioners talked and acted like ordinary people. They seem to have no righteous thoughts, or they do not believe in the Fa enough and do not know how to cultivate. That’s why in the midst of the persecution and interference, some can’t get through the tribulations and recklessly sign “guarantee letters” renouncing their faith. Some practitioners couldn’t pass the tests with righteous thoughts during the time of eliminating their illness karma, relying on medicine to alleviate it. Some eventually passed away.

If one didn’t cultivate in the Fa for a long time, many various problems would surface, even one’s opportunity to cultivate would be lost. I still want to call on fellow practitioners to cherish this once in a thousand-year opportunity, cultivate well, rectify themselves, and renew themselves, because we are cultivating the Dafa of the universe. If we solidly cultivate, we will be strengthened by the power of Dafa, and we will be able to easily pass through the difficulties. We will be the luckiest beings in the universe.

Believing in Master and the Fa is the foundation for achieving everything. Whether it is being arrested or the interference of illness karma, it is ultimately an assessment of our faith in Master and the Fa. If one compromises on one’s faith in Master and the Fa, nothing can be achieved, for it will all be in vain. Therefore, only by believing in Master and the Fa can we have righteous thoughts and righteous actions. Righteous thoughts and righteous actions are the manifestation of our faith in Master and the Fa.
