A Falun Dafa Practitioner with Ample Righteous Thoughts Is Guaranteed to Be Safe

(Minghui.org) A friend introduced Falun Dafa to me in June 1996. I joined the practice site and Fa study group and embarked on the journey of returning to my true self. Looking back on my 26 years of cultivation practice, I still remember some things vividly.

Falun Dafa Benefits Mind and Body

I was 54 years old in 1996. My legs were numb, and I could not feel my feet. As a result, I walked as if I was stepping on a sponge. I sought medical help, but could not find treatment for it. I became depressed. In June, a friend told me, “There is only one thing that can treat you - practicing Falun Dafa. Give it a try.” That was how I went to the practice site for the first time.

The practitioners taught me the exercises and corrected my movements. I learned very attentively. When I was doing Exercise Two and holding the wheel, I twice saw torrents of water roaring towards me from the sky, and my injured lumbar vertebrae made “bang” “bang” sounds. It seemed that my once-crushed lumbar vertebrae were coming together, and I felt very comfortable.

From then on, I went to the practice site in the morning and the Fa study group in the evening every day. I understood Falun Dafa is a cultivation practice of mind and body, and I should strive to be a good person by following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.

On the 61st day after I began to practice, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my legs in the afternoon, and my toes became dark purple. However, I woke up the next day and found the pain was gone and my toes had returned to normal. I touched my legs, and they didn’t feel numb anymore! I walked, and I could feel the floor under my feet! I was so excited that I couldn’t help but shout out, “Falun Dafa is miraculous! Falun Dafa is great! Thank you, Master Li (Dafa's founder)!!” My tears flowed.

I became more serious about the practice and studied the Fa more attentively from then on. My body changed gradually, and my health problems, such as prolapsed stomach, heart disease, and gynecological problems were all gone without my noticing it. Moreover, I got my period after 11 years of amenorrhea. I felt like I had returned to my youth. People who didn’t know me said, “You’re full of energy, and your complexion is white and rosy. You look about 50 years old.” In fact, I was 69. People who knew me said, “You are getting younger and younger.”

My body felt light, and I felt energetic every day. I led a happy and fulfilling life. I knew it was Falun Dafa that benefited me physically and mentally, and everything was given to me by Master Li. I cannot express my gratitude to Master even if I exhaust human words. I can only thank Master by advancing diligently in solid cultivation.

A Falun Dafa Practitioner with Ample Righteous Thoughts Is Safe, Guaranteed

My home was only one-third of a mile from the practice site, and Master always reminded me not to be late and not to skip practice regardless of rain or shine. After the persecution started, I practiced at home and completed the five exercises in one sitting every day.

I studied the Fa more and more diligently. I read two to three lectures of Zhuan Falun every day, followed by memorizing the Fa. I have recited Hong Yin countless times, and I repeatedly read Master’s articles, including Essentials for Further Advancement.

Although I sleep very little nowadays, I have a lot of energy. After I study and memorize the Fa each day, I go out to clarify the truth and persuade people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations.

In 2007, the evil CCP persecuted Falun Dafa feverishly, destroying material sites, arresting Dafa practitioners, ransacking their homes, and installing surveillance cameras in many places. While a dark cloud was pressing down on the city, my home became a materials production site like a small flower in a meadow. My husband and I had no computer skills at all. However, under Master’s care and protection, our materials site ran smoothly. We quickly learned how to print materials, how to go online and submit names for quitting the CCP organizations, as well as how to download information and burn it onto CDs. Our materials site added energy to exposing the evil and validating Dafa.

This helped me realize that a Falun Dafa practitioner who has a pure mind and strong righteous thoughts and whose actions are grounded in the Fa is guaranteed to be safe.

Master has been protecting us at all times. There were few such production sites in 2001, and we were in short supply of truth-clarification materials. My husband was the principal at an elementary school. The school’s counselor told the students to hand in any Falun Gong banners they found, to the Principal’s office. I took advantage of the situation and hung those banners on the streets again.

Just as I finished putting up truth-clarification banners one night, I saw a figure in the distance. It was unusual that someone was out that late at night. The figure came closer and closer, and suddenly a man’s voice sounded, “Who is it? What are you doing?” He was holding a stick-like thing in his hand. I had no time to walk away or think of what to say. I walked toward him and said, “I’m here to save you.” I saw that he was holding a broom in his hand. He approached me and whispered, “Be careful, there are night patrols over there.” Then he accepted the CD I gave him and said, “Thank you!” This was no accident. I realized Master had arranged for the janitor to come and help me avoid the danger.

At the city’s Sugar and Wine Fair one year, as I almost finished handing out my full bag of brochures, I noticed a police officer was watching me from behind. I took a few quick steps trying to get away from him, but he followed me at a fast pace. I turned at a corner, and he turned too. I immediately developed a righteous thought: eliminate all the evil factors that interfere with my saving sentient beings, remove all the obstacles to my distribution of truth-clarification materials, and let me distribute the materials as a god would! I turned around and walked toward the police officer, and he gave way to me. This ended the situation.

I find that truth-clarification has the best effect if I do it face to face, including giving out materials, clarifying the truth, and persuading people to quit the CCP organizations.

For example, I was in a bank one day, and many people were waiting in line. I decided to take this opportunity to persuade people to quit the CCP organizations. I noticed a police officer in uniform in his 50s was sitting in the second seat on the right. He seemed to be a supervisor. I had a righteous thought: “Remove all the evil factors behind him that prevents him from being saved. Master, please strengthen me!”

I approached him with a smile and said, “You must be a police officer. Are you a supervisor?” He did not show objection to my talking to him. I continued, “There are so many natural disasters nowadays: typhoons, tsunamis, torrential rains, floods, mudslides, and earthquakes.” He did not say anything, but his facial expression showed approval. I continued, “These are all cosmic changes that are warning mankind.” Seeing that he was paying attention, I began talking about the Statue of Saint Mary shedding tears of blood, the 3,000-year-old udumbara flowers blooming, and the stone in Zhangbu Township of Guizhou Province with the characters “Chinese Communist Party Perishes” naturally carved into it. I concluded, “These are all cosmic warnings that Heaven is going to destroy the CCP.”

Seeing that he seemed shocked by what I said, I asked him, “Have you heard about quitting the CCP to stay safe?” He didn’t answer. I said, “When you joined the Party, the Youth League, and the Young Pioneers, you raised your fist and swore, agreeing to bear the mark of the beast. Heaven will destroy the CCP. Do not become a burial article for the sake of your family. If you agree to quit the three communist organizations, a pseudonym will do.” I gave a detailed description of it. He looked around, and I knew what he was thinking. Thus, I leaned closer and whispered, “Please quit the CCP organizations! I’ll give you the pseudonym ‘Qiaoyu.’” He nodded.

While persuading police officers to quit the CCP organizations, if we ask Master for strengthening, base our actions on the Fa, and hold righteous thoughts, the side of these beings that wants to be saved will come forward.

In cultivating to validate Dafa and save sentient beings, I have come to appreciate that we must be full of righteous thoughts and in a godlike state. Master will then remove all the evil elements and give us the power and wisdom, and strengthen us to do better in ordinary human society.

Indeed, saving a life is all done by Master’s fashen (law body), and we are just going through this process in ordinary human society, but Master is giving us the mighty virtue of saving people to us. If we fail to understand this, if we validate our human attachments and show off, the attachment will be easily taken advantage of by the evil, and we will be persecuted.

I still have a lot of attachments, and the gap between me and the standard of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is still large, and I am still far from Master’s requirements, but I will definitely follow the path of cultivation arranged by Master, strive to do the three things well, and follow Master home. Our ancient vows were made in heaven to assist Master to do Fa-rectification on earth. Let us all fulfill these great prehistoric vows, and follow Master home.
