(Minghui.org) Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) took power in 1949, it has killed more than 80 million innocent citizens, including landlords, capitalists, intellectuals, students, and other citizens from mainstream of society. In addition, the regime has nearly wiped out traditional Chinese culture, ruined natural resources, and now undermined basic moral values by persecuting Falun Gong.
As Falun Gong practitioners worked tirelessly to expose the CCP’s atrocities, many people have decided to renounce their membership in the CCP organizations, which also include the junior associations of Youth League and Young Pioneer. Below are seven stories told by seven different Falun Gong practitioners.
Union President
Once at a bus station, I chatted with a well-dressed person next to me about Falun Gong. “In contrast to the CCP’s hate propaganda, Falun Gong teaches one to be a good person and it is well received in over 100 countries,” I explained. The man listened and did not say anything.
I continued, “The CCP promotes brutality, hatred, and lies, which are total opposite to the traditional values, such as Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance taught by Falun Gong. Look at this society, people would do anything at will to make money even at the expense of others. From family to workplace, many have acted against their conscience. But the divine will not allow this to continue for long. When the CCP meets its fate, anyone associated with the regime could sink with it unless quitting it in advance.”
“Are you a CCP member?” I asked.
“The Party is rotten, but there are good people in it,” the man smiled and said, “I am a union president. Could you help me quit [the Party]?”
Party Secretary: The CCP Is Organized Crime
One practitioner’s younger brother Tao was the Party secretary at a large enterprise and draws a pension of over 7,000 yuan per month, which is very high in my area. Given his vested interest in following the CCP, he was hesitant to quit it.
When his sister (the practitioner) visited him one day and urged him and his family to quit the CCP, both his wife and child agreed. But Tao did not say anything. When he gave his sister a ride back home, she did not give up and continued the conversation.
“Having been a Party secretary for many years, I know better than you that it is a mafia,” Tao said. He then agreed to renounce membership in the CCP.
“I Can’t Allow You to Get All My People to Your Side”
A practitioner often went to a construction site to clarify the truth. One day she went there again and a man walked to her. He said, “I can’t allow you to get all my people to your side. Leave now!” It turned out he was the Party Secretary at the construction site. He was worried that I’d get all his construction workers to quit the CCP.
I wasn’t deterred by his words and talked to a young worker, who readily agreed to quit the CCP. As we chatted, more workers came and I also helped them quit the CCP.
The Party Secretary then said, “They have all quit and gone to your side. How about I quit the CCP, too.” Counting him, I helped a total of 13 people quit the CCP that day.
Street Vendor: I Already Know All These
As a care worker, I work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. I usually leave home early so that I have some time to clarify the truth on my way to work.
Once morning last December, I distributed calendars bearing messages about Falun Gong at a farmers’ market.
Worried some may not know what the calendars were about, I often did some explanation before handing them out. “Falun Gong improves mind and body,” I would say, “This New Year calendar will you see through the CCP’s hate propaganda against Falun Gong.”
One street vendor took the calendar with both hands. Before I finished doing explanations, she interrupted me with a smile and said, “I already know all these.”
I was very touched. After many years of hard work from practitioners, many people have broken free from the CCP’s lies and made the right choice.
Village Official
One time, I met an elderly vegetable vendor at a farmer’s market. After sharing my personal experience of practicing Falun Gong, I said the practice is well received in over 100 countries and only suppressed in China.
“The CCP is over,” the old man said, “It commits all kinds of bad deeds without caring about people.”
“Are you a CCP member?” I asked.
“Yes, I am,” he replied, “I am the Party secretary of my village.”
“But I want to quit the Party and resign from this position,” he said, adding that he the job was too stressful, as he did not know how to handle the pressure from higher officials to do various things against his conscience.
I told him it was great for him to quit the Party, but there was no need to quit his job as the Party Secretary.
“After quitting the CCP, you would receive blessing from the divine. You can do things to help people and local residents will support you. You could even secretly protect Falun Gong practitioners in your role. Imagine that you resign from the position and a corrupt official takes over, won't local residents suffer more?”
He agreed and said he would no longer resign. “Look, I have not sold any vegetable yet, but I was forced to pay 10 yuan fee already,” he said, “Plus, officials told me I could not sell here and have to move elsewhere; otherwise, I would be fined. What kind of society is this?”
A Soldier
One day, I talked about Falun Gong with a young man on the street. He told me that he was a solider and that the suppression against Falun Gong was very severe in the military. He was home visiting his parents at the time.
I explained to him what Falun Gong is and talked about the brutality of the CCP. He agreed to quit the Party.
“The military is also very corrupt. Many officials got their positions through bribery,” he said, “What do you expect them to do? They only care about themselves, not Chinese people. China is over.”
Immediate Effect
One day I was working in the field when my neighbors, an elderly couple, came to chat with me. The wife complained about her femoral head necrosis and lumbar disc herniation. Her family is well off, but no amount of money could find a cure for her. She needed her husband’s help to walk around.
I said to them that good health is possible. For example, I used to have many illnesses, but all of them disappeared after I began to practice Falun Gong. In fact, reciting “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” would help her too. I also urged her to quit the CCP organizations.
She said she was never a CCP member, but she agreed to renounce the membership of Youth League and Young Pioneer that she joined in her younger years. She also agreed to recite the phrases mentioned above.
Several days later, I saw her again. She was able to walk normally and even ride a bike. I am so happy for the blessing that she received.
