An Entire Family Experiences Miracles Year after Year

(Minghui.org) Miracles have accompanied my family and I since I started practicing Falun Dafa. I tell people about the miracles I come across every year. I would like to share some with readers of this article. My intention is to validate the greatness of our Master and Falun Dafa.

No Longer Illiterate: I Can Read Zhuan Falun Although I Didn’t Attend Any School

I lived in the countryside. It was customary to dote on boys and not girls. My family was poor and I am a girl. So, I never attended school. I didn’t even know how to write my name. I didn’t know anything except for working hard.

I got married to a man from the Northeast. He worked in a government department. I stayed at home looking after my kids, washing, cooking and working in the field. My husband and I started to practice Falun Dafa before 1999.

I was illiterate and thus couldn’t read Zhuan Falun. I only listened to Master’s audio lectures. Whether I was cooking, washing or working in the field, I listened to Master’s lectures. Fellow practitioners told me that I was not respectful to Master when I studied the Fa that way. So I stopped working, and sat quietly while listening to the Fa. But often I fell asleep. I got anxious.

When other practitioners came to my home and we studied the Fa, I listened to them while they were reading. But my mind went astray. The practitioners asked me to hold the book and follow the characters while they were reading. Often times I didn’t know where they were reading. Other practitioners had turned over the page while I was still looking at the same page. My husband blamed me for not focusing. I felt sad that I was not able to read the Fa.

I used to cry after the practitioners left my home. “Why didn’t I get any education when I was a child? Even three years would have been worthwhile. Only by reading Zhuan Falun can I understand Master’s Fa. Master, what should I do? I couldn’t read the Fa.”

Master saw that I had a sincere heart that wanted to cultivate, so He helped me. He opened up my wisdom. When studying the Fa, I could know where other practitioners were reading and then could follow them and read with them. Six months later I could read by myself.

One day the practitioners were discussing and sharing their cultivation experiences. Everyone had shared except for me. The assistant asked me to share. I said, “I didn’t study at school at all and don’t have any sharing. I am simply very happy to practice Falun Dafa. I am no longer anxious. Because I can read the Fa, I feel that I know more than a college student.”

The assistant interrupted me and said, “You are showing off. You didn’t attend school at all. How dare you say that you know more than a college student?” I replied proudly, “Whatever a college student reads, he/she only has the knowledge of humankind. Although I didn’t attend school, I learned how to read after I practiced Falun Dafa, and know so much that human beings don’t know. I understand what I didn’t know before. My heart is so open now. How good it is to practice Falun Dafa! It is the universal law that I study.”

Guided by Dafa Principles, My Son Becomes a Good Person

My son is not a practitioner, but he witnessed the miracles of Dafa and how extraordinary Dafa is. Guided by Falun Dafa principles, he tries to be good in his daily life.

He was a chef in a military factory in another city. He worked hard and did whatever his manager asked him to do. He worked even on the weekends. He never complained and was not afraid to do dirty and hard work. He made delicious food, and everyone loved it. He was given a pay increase every year. He worked there for 10 years.

Due to his excellent work performance, he was promoted to be the manager of the supermarket affiliated with the factory. The previous manager, however, didn’t want to retire even though she was at the retirement age. She requested that she work one more year. My son saw his manager was in an awkward position. He said to his manager: “Let her do her work. I don’t mind continuing in my present job. You can feel at ease.” His manager was very moved. But then the manager of the supermarket got sick and resigned.

My son became worried as he didn’t have much education, and was not good at the financial side needed to do accounts. To be a manger requires a good brain. He thought of Master because his mother could read after she asked Master to help her, although she didn’t attend school for a single day. So he sincerely recited “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He asked Master to open up his wisdom and give him the necessary financial ability. Soon he could do the accounts correctly and quickly.

He got lumbar disc herniation due to the hard work in his chef position. He recited “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” repeatedly and quickly recovered. When he came home for the new year holiday each year, he gave us money. I told him that we had enough to support ourselves. He then donated the money for making Dafa materials. He has made donations to Dafa projects during the past 10 plus years.

One day I asked him why he made donations. He said, “I give you money, but you don’t want it. When I donate money to Dafa projects, you feel very happy. So I make donations to Dafa.” What a good guy!

My Daughter Benefits a Lot

My daughter was weak and in poor health. She had been on all kinds of medications, but they were not effective. She suffered a lot due to her illnesses. Her health didn’t allow her to work. Her husband was the only bread earner in the family. Their family finances were not good. I told them to recite “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” and Master would look after them and everything would improve.

Her family of three all acknowledged that Falun Dafa was wonderful. They listened to me and started to recite “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good”. Good fortune started to knock at their door.

My daughter suffered from kidney stones. Due to the awkward place the stone was, the laser operation and surgery didn’t work. She had taken a lot of medication but it didn’t work either. She then sincerely recited “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” The stone disappeared without her realizing it.

She had problems with her hip, and it often went out of place. It went out of place when she bent over sometimes. Even if she was extremely careful, it got displaced somehow. She suffered a lot. The hospital couldn’t treat it. She then pleaded with Master and recited “Falun Dafa is good.” The problem was fixed.

Other Family Members Benefited from Believing in Dafa

Last year my granddaughter was going to take the entrance exams for senior high school. She worried before the exams that she might only be qualified to go to a school that was far away from her home, and then the renting expense would be huge for her. My daughter told her to recite the two Dafa phrases and Master would take care of her. Then, my granddaughter was accepted by a good school near her home.

My son-in-law worked in a carbon factory in Shaanxi Province. The work was dirty and heavy. He worked hard and never complained. He sent money home once he got paid. One day one of his colleagues asked him a question, although he already had finished his work. He demonstrated how to proceed for his co-worker. He was not careful and his finger was caught in the rolling belt. He pulled out his finger quickly, but the skin and flesh was gone, with only bone remaining. Everyone was terrified. He wrapped his finger with a piece of cloth, and recited the two Dafa phrases in his mind.

He continued to work without resting a single day. Within 10 days his finger grew back and he recovered completely. When we learned of the news, my daughter was terrified and cried. Her husband comforted her: “As fate has it, I was meant to go through such an ordeal. Master helped me overcome it. We have Master to take care of us. Don’t be afraid.”

Now his salary has increased to over 6,000 yuan a month. My daughter is in good health and no longer needs medication. My granddaughter studies well. Their life is getting better daily.

My family, and I, we thank Master for his compassion he shows towards us! Thank you Master!
