1. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Mr. Zheng Guofu Arrested

Mr. Zheng Guofu, 55, of Nongan County was arrested at home by officers from Pingdu City, Shandong Province on the morning of October 2, 2022.

2. [Beijing] Mr. Li Wencai and His Wife Ms. Li Sujuan Detained

Mr. Li Wencai of Dongguadi Village, Shilou Town, Fangshan District and his wife, Ms. Li Sujuan, were arrested by officers from the Shilou Police Station on September 22, 2022. They are being held in the Fangshan Detention Center.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Shude Sentenced

Mr. Zhang Shude was sentenced to seven years in prison. He is being held in the Fourth Ward, Dongling Prison.

4. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Qin Shaohua Harassed

Officers from the Chaoyang Police Station arrested Mr. Qin Shaohua at the end of May 2022 for distributing Falun Gong flyers. On May 31, 2022, he paid 1,000 yuan in bail and was released pending trial.

Three officers from the Furi Police Station broke into his home around 6:00 a.m. on September 29, 2022. They took him to the police station for questioning. They told him that his case was not finished yet. They took him to the procuratorate, where he was interrogated and released.

5. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Feipeng Imprisoned

Mr. Li Feipeng was arrested at home by officers from the Beitai Police Station on October 15, 2020. He was sentenced to four years and six months in prison and fined 10,000 yuan on December 1, 2021.

He was transferred to the Second Ward of the Shenyang City No. 1 Prison from the Benxi City Detention Center on July 27, 2022.

6. [Beijing] Ms. Zhao Zhihong Detained

Ms. Zhao Zhihong of the Chaoyang District was arrested at home by agents from the 610 Office and officers from the Domestic Security Division on August 19, 2022. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Chaoyang District Detention Center.

7. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Hu Yan Released on Bail Pending Trial

Ms. Hu Yan of Nanding Town, Zhangdian District was arrested at home by five officers from the Domestic Security Division on the morning of September 22, 2022. They ransacked her home and seized a set of Falun Gong books, a computer, a printer, more than 100 copies of Falun Gong flyers, and other items. She was released on bail pending trial the next day. They ordered her to report to the Domestic Security Division at a prescheduled time each month.

8. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Miao Xiuqing Harassed

Ms. Miao Xiuqing was harassed at home by a neighborhood officer and another officer on September 30, 2022. They photographed her and asked if she still practiced Falun Gong.

9. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fan Lingxiu Detained

Ms. Fan Lingxiu was arrested on September 20, 2022. She is held in the Yi County Detention Center.

10. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Lu Dongmei’s Home Ransacked

Ms. Lu Dongmei’s home was recently ransacked.

11. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Arrested

The Hegang City Police Department carried out a coordinated action against practitioners on September 22, 2022. Officers arrested multiple practitioners and seized Falun Gong books and items from some of them. The practitioners known to be arrested are Xing Haiyan, Du Guihua, Zhang Huanchun, Zhang Yingchun, Liu Fengqin, Zhang Aicheng, Qiu (first name unknown), Peng (first name unknown), and Ms. Xu. Among them, Xing Haiyan, Zhang Yingchun, Zhang Huanchun, Liu Fengqin, and Peng were released.

12. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Qiuju and Ms. Fan Wanxia Under 24-Hour Surveillance

Ms. Wang Qiuju and Ms. Fan Wanxiao of the Baoshan District have been under 24-hour surveillance by officers from the Liuhang Police Station since October 2, 2022.

13. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Huang Chaofen and Ms. Zhang Meihe Harassed

Ms. Huang Chaofen was harassed by Qingpingzhen Township Government agent Lu Jun, a CCP secretary, and others on September 26, 2022. They ordered her to sign paperwork. One of them photographed her. She refused to sign anything.

Ms. Zhang Meihe of Yongshang Township was harassed on September 15, 2022. The 8th brigade head and the 11th group leader led two township government clerks to her home. They ordered her to sign paperwork. When she refused they warned her that her children could lose their jobs if she refused to comply.

14. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Two Practitioners Transferred Secretly, One’s Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Cao Zhifang, Ms. Yang Fang, and five other practitioners were arrested in Mr. Li Zhigang’s home by officers from the Liuyang City Police Department on October 27, 2020. They were sentenced to three years and four months in prison by the Liuyang City Court on December 24, 2021. Mr. Cao Zhifang, Ms. Yang Fang, and Ms. Gong Xianghui were imprisoned in the Changsha City No. 4 Detention Center.

In August 2022, the families of Mr. Cao and Ms. Yang were no longer able to contact them or deposit money into their prison accounts. They asked around and finally learned they were secretly transferred to prisons. Mr. Cao was transferred to the Wangling Prison in You County, Zhuzhou City on July 28, 2022. Ms. Wang was transferred to the Changsha City Women’s Prison on August 4, 2022.

Ms. Gong’s family has not been able to deposit into her account since May 2022. Her whereabouts are unknown.

15. [Shanghai] Ms. Shi Hedi Under Monitoring

Officers from the police station have been stationed at Ms. Shi Hedi’s door since the end of September 2022.

16. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Minzhi Arrested

Ms. Zhang Minzhi is a care worker in the Daying area. She was arrested by officers from the Sijian Police Station, Luyuan District. Her whereabouts are unknown.
