1. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Gong Xianghui Faces Trial

Ms. Gong Xianghui was arrested on October 27, 2020 and is currently detained in the No. 4 Detention Center in Changsha City. She was just informed that she will be tried in the Liuyang District Court on the morning of May 27, 2021.

Ms. Gong authorized her family to hire a lawyer, but her lawyer has not yet been able to meet with her.

2. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Case Against Ms. Wang Ruifeng Submitted to Procuratorate

Ms. Wang Ruifeng from Heishan County was administratively detained by the Heishan County Police Department on April 1, 2021 for 15 days.

Ms. Wang was placed under criminal detention by the Heishan County Police Department on May 12, 2021 for talking to people about Falun Gong in a market. She is currently being detained in the Jinzhou Detention Center. Wang Zhen, head of the Heishan County Domestic Security Division, submitted her case to the Linghai City Procuratorate on May 18, 2021. Ms. Wang has not yet been indicted. The case is still being investigated.

Ms. Wang was sentenced to five years in prison by the Heishan County Court in 2014.

3. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. He Xianggu Missing

Ms. He Xianggu has not been heard from since May 15, 2021.

4. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Ten Practitioners Arrested

Nine practitioners were arrested by officers from the Changle County Domestic Security Division on May 18, 2021, and their homes were ransacked. Six of them were released. Mr. Gao Peng in his thirties. Ms. Qin Xiaoli and Ms. Sun Xuefen have not yet been released.

Ms. Yang Mingxiang was arrested by police on May 23, 2021, and her home was ransacked.

5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Xiaoping Harassed

Three people from the Baocheng Road Community came to Ms. Liu Xiaoping’s home around May 19, 2021. They knocked the door and demanded that Ms. Liu cooperate in the “Zero-out Campaign” and sign a guarantee statement, which Ms. Liu refused.

They later found Ms. Liu family member and gave them a form from the Dazhi Road Police Station. They asked Ms. Liu’s family member to sign it, and threatened to send Ms. Liu to a brainwashing center if they refused.

6. [Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province] Ms. He Conglan Harassed

Ms. He Conglan was harassed at home by two officers from the Baoshan Town Police Station in May 2021. They took some photos inside her home.

7. [Yuyao City, Hubei Province] Ms. Li Caiping Arrested

Ms. Li Caiping was arrested by police on May 23, 2021 for writing the words, “Falun Dafa is good” on a wall. Her home was ransacked on the same day. Further details are unknown.

8. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Guo Yanju and her husband Mr. Zhang Wei, and Sun Baifeng (gender unknown) work at the Zhuoyu Imaging Equipment Store. They were arrested on May 12, 2021 and are currently being detained in the No. 1 Detention Center in Tangshan City.

Zhang Weiqi (gender unknown) was arrested and taken to the Fengnan Detention Center.

9. [Neijiang City, Sichuan Province] Four Practitioners Tried in Court or Face Trial

Ms. Fu Tianlu was tried in the Dongxing District Court on the morning of April 19, 2021. Mr. Meng Kunlun was tried in the Dongxing District Court on April 22, 2021. The verdicts were not announced in court. The case of Yu Ping (gender unknown) has been submitted to the court. The case of Fu Tianlu (gender unknown) is currently in the Neijiang City Intermediate Court.

10. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Lanying Harassed

Ms. Li Lanying, 81, met four people from her original school at her door when she was coming back home on the morning of May 19, 2021. They handed her two pieces of paper and told her to sign them, which Ms. Li refused. They insisted that she read them. Ms. Li refused to read or sign anything. The stalemate lasted about ten minutes. They finally left.

11. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Sun Shuxia and Ms. Yang Yazhi Arrested

Ms. Sun Shuxia and Ms. Yang Yazhi were arrested on April 25, 2021. Further details are not known.

12. [Taonan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Feng Shuying Arrested

Ms. Feng Shuying was followed by officers from the Economic Development District of Baicheng City when she went out to distribute truth-clarifying materials on the evening of May 18, 2021. She was arrested at her home and is currently being detained in the Baicheng City Detention Center.

13. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Cheng Yuanyi Arrested

Mr. Cheng Yuanyi was arrested at home by officers from the Yongchang Police Station and the Zhenxing District Domestic Security Division on May 18, 2021. They took him to have a physical examination three times but each time his blood pressure was as high as 230. Because of this, Mr. Cheng was denied admission by the detention center and was released.

14. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Chunmei and Ms. Wang Hongyan Harassed

Ms. Zhang Chunmei and Ms. Wang Hongyan have recently been harassed multiple times by officers from the Yuqiuhu Police Station and the Yuqiuhu Sub-district in Gaotang County. The police claimed to arrest the two practitioners. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Wang had no choice but to leave home to avoid further persecution.

15. [Shanghai] Practitioner Sun Arrested

Sun (first name and gender unknown) from Pujiang Town, Minhang District was arrested and is currently being detained in a detention center. The police threatened to sentence him to three to seven years in prison.

16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Li Ying Extorted of 10,000 Yuan

The family of Li Ying (gender unknown) received a notice from the Pulandian Court that he/she was being fined 10,000 yuan. The family didn’t receive the bill and didn’t sign anything. Later Li’s family member was informed that the 10,000 yuan was directly drawn from Li’s bank account by the court. Later, during a conversation with a person from the court, the family learned that people from the court could directly withdraw money from a family member’s bank accounts.

17. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Baoqiong Arrested

Ms. Chen Baoqiong was arrested at home by three officers from Jianwei County after 6:00 a.m. on May 20, 2021. They ransacked her home. Ms. Chen was taken to the Leshan Detention Center but was denied admission due to her high blood pressure. She was released.

18. [Jintang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liu Yuanxiu Harassed

Officers from the Zhugao Town Police Station and people from the Central Primary School of Zhugao Town in Jintang County came to Ms. Liu Yuanxiu’s home on the morning of May 7, 2021. Since they didn’t meet Ms. Liu, they called her family member later and claimed that they would come back every month.

19. [Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia] Three Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Qu Liling from Baokang Town was summoned by the Baokang Police Department on the afternoon of April 27, 2021. They interrogated her and later followed her to her home and photographed it.

Ms. Bao Siqingaowa from Baokiang Town was harassed at home by three police officers on April 28, 2021. They photographed her home.

Ms. Zhang Shujie was harassed at her work place by three officers on April 28, 2021. They photographed her.

20. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wan Hongxia’s Pension Suspended

Ms. Wan Hongxia received a notice from the Social Security Bureau of Langfang City on September 8, 2020, and was told that her pension would be suspended.

Ms. Wan went to the Social Security Bureau on March 25, 2021 and talked to Chief Ma of the section in charge of the retirement administration. Ma did not want to listen to Ms. Wan, and told her that no matter why she was sentenced to jail, he was only interested in whether she was in prison. They found Ms. Wan’s situation from the Big Data company.
