1. [Jinzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Liwen Sentenced to One and a Half Years in Prison

Ms. Wang Liwen was arrested by officers from the Shangcheng Police Station on July 15, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong. The physical evidence was just a few cards with information on to bypass the CCP's Internet firewall. Ms. Wang’s family hired two lawyers to defend her, but she was tried without her family being notified. Her family received the verdict on April 20, 2021, and learned that she was sentenced to one and a half years in prison.

2. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yuhong Faces Retrial in Intermediate Court

Six practitioners from Lindian County were tried in the Ranghulu District Court on December 15, 2020, and the verdicts were received on December 23, 2020. Ms. Wang Yuhong and Ms. Lu Chaobo were each sentenced to seven years in prison and fined 70,000 yuan; Mr. Zhang Wansheng, six years in prison with a fine of 50,000 yuan; Mr. Xue Liwei and Ms. Chen Weibo, each to four years in prison with a fine of 40,000 yuan; Ms. Dong Na, three years and six months in prison with a fine of 30,000 yuan.

Ms. Lu Chaobo, Ms. Wang Yuhong, and Mr. Zhang Wansheng appealed to the Daqing Intermediate Court but their appeals were rejected on April 2, 2021.

The family of Ms. Wang Yuhong continued to seek justice. The intermediate court informed them a week ago that her case would be retried.

3. [Beijing] Ms. Fu Xiuqin Faces Trial

Ms. Fu Xiuqin was arrested by officers from the Sanjiadian Police Station in the Mentougou District on July 14, 2020. She was released on bail pending trial.

Ms. Fu’s case was recently submitted to the court by prosecutor Zhang Xiaokai. Ms. Fu was scheduled to be tried on June 15, 2021.

4. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Ms. Tan Guohua Officially Arrested

Ms. Tan Guohua took a bus to visit her daughter in Langfang City and was intercepted at the Simatai Checkpoint on June 1, 2021. She was taken to the Shuangfengsi Detention Center in Chengde City by officers from the Longhua County Domestic Security Division. Ms. Tan’s family was notified on June 2, 2021, that Ms. Tan was officially arrested.

5. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Case against Four Practitioners Submitted to Procuratorate

Mr. Zhu Qinghua, Shi Hongxiang (gender unknown), and Ms. Lin Guilan are being held in the Tieling Detention Center. Their case has been submitted to the Changtu District Procuratorate.

Ms. Yang Xiaozhi was released on bail pending trial. She was interrogated by police multiple times during that time. Her family received a call on June 9, 2021. Ms. Yang was told to sign a document in the Changtu District Procuratorate because her case had been transferred to the procuratorate.

6. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Six Practitioners Officially Arrested

Seven practitioners arrested on April 19, 2021, were released on bail pending trial on May 19, 2021. They were summoned to the Harbin Railway Procuratorate on June 10, 2021. Hou Haichao and Zhang Zhi’an were released. The other five— Ren Yulin, Ma Shuhua, Wang Chunyan, Hou Xicai, and Tuo (first name and gender unknown)—were officially arrested. They are now in the Harbin City Detention Center. Niu Xiaona was also placed under official arrest.

7. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Nine Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Zhou Deyong, Ms. He Boqing, and Ms. Meng Fanyun were arrested on April 23, 2021. Their homes were ransacked. Mr. Zhou Deyong was officially arrested by the Dongying District Procuratorate on May 31, 2021. He is now in the Binhai Detention Center.

It was learned that, so far, 19 practitioners were arrested in Dongying City in late April 2021. Thirteen practitioners are still detained, including Ms. Guo Hongyan, Zhou Deyong, He Boqing, Meng Fanyun, Ms. Meng Yu, Ms. Chen Xiaohong, and seven practitioners from the Lijin County. One practitioner is on bail pending trial.

8. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xiao Liu from the Nangang District and two other senior practitioners whose names and genders are unknown were arrested on June 10, 2021.

9. [Luohe City, Henan Province] Ms. Huang Chunlan Arrested and Detained

Ms. Huang Chunlan was arrested by Yancheng District Police Department officers on May 21, 2021. She is now in the No.2 Detention Center of Luohe City. Ms. Li Ailian was released due to her high blood pressure.

10. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Sun Qiuhong Arrested

Sun Qiuhong (gender unknown), 68, was arrested at home by officers from the Shengquan Police Station and the Laishan District Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of June 10, 2021. Sun's home was ransacked, and the computer and printer were confiscated.

11. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Yan Hongjuan Arrested

Yan Hongjuan (gender unknown) was reported to the police for talking about Falun Gong in a taxi and was arrested in early June 2021. Yan’s whereabouts is unknown.

12. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Chang Guofu Arrested

Mr. Chang Guofu from the Zhonghecheng Residential Community in the Songbei District was arrested at home on June 10, 2021. Songbei District Police Department officers broke into his home and waited there until he returned home from work.

13. [Mian County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Gong Yun Harassed

Ms. Gong Yun was harassed at home by officers from the Xinjiezi Police Station around June 5, 2021. She has left her home to avoid the further persecution. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Baicheng City, Jilin Province] 72-year-old Ms. Zhang Weimin Arrested and Detained

Officers Guo Xiaohui and Yang Jiasheng from the Jingkai District Police Department arrested 72-year-old Ms. Zhang Weimin in the Luyuan District on June 11, 2021. Her home was ransacked. Her personal belongings, including two printers, one laptop, several Dafa books, and some truth-clarifying letters, were confiscated. Ms. Zhang is currently detained in Baicheng.

15. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chen Shuhua and Ms. Liu Chunyan Arrested

Ms. Chen Shuhua and Ms. Liu Chunyan were found to have Falun Gong materials in their bags on June 2, 2021. Xu Jianzheng, head of the local brainwashing center, called the police. The two women were arrested and taken to a police station. They were released later that same day.

16. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Feng Shaoqiong and Ms. Li Qinglan Arrested

Ms. Feng Shaoqiong and Ms. Li Qinglan from the Community in Mengyang Town were arrested by plainclothes officers from the Mengyang Town Police Station on June 10, 2021. Their homes were ransacked. All their Dafa books were confiscated.

Both women were taken to the Pengzhou City Detention House. Ms. Feng has been released but Ms. Li is still being held.

17. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Four Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Zhang Xiuqin was summoned to the local community office in mid-May 2021. She was threatened by a dozen people from the Yingze District Political and Legal Affairs Committee.

Ms. Qin Yali received two harassing calls from the Wucheng Sub-district Office and was pressured to sign a guarantee statement.

Ms. Li Hong's son and husband answered the harassing phone calls from the Wucheng Sub-district Office and were frightened. The authorities ordered Ms. Li to write a guarantee statement.

Practitioner Ren (first name and gender unknown) was harassed at home by officers from the Wucheng Sub-district Office. Ren was threatened with being sent to a brainwashing center.

18. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yang Bailiang Detained

Mr. Yang Bailiang from Hongtoushan Town is being held in the Kaiyuan Detention Center in Tieling City.

19. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Jingping and Ms. Wang Jingli Arrested

Ms. Wang Jingping and Ms. Wang Jingli from Shuangcheng District were recently arrested. Their homes were ransacked.

20. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhao Kai Arrested

Mr. Zhao Kai was arrested on the morning of June 10, 2021.

21. [Suiling County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Feng Limin Harassed

Several practitioners in Suiling County have been harassed in their homes recently. Ms. Feng Limin was harassed at home multiple times on June 10 and 11, 2021. The police officers were seen downstairs. Her door was knocked on several times, but she refused to open it. Zhao Fangshan, head of the local police station, knocked on her door twice. Ms. Feng is now afraid to go out.

22. [Beijing] Lin Yan Arrested

Li Yan (gender unknown) from Shangzhuang Town in the Haidian District was arrested by officers from the Shangzhuang Police Station and the Haidian District Police Department on the afternoon of June 11, 2021. Yan's Dafa books were confiscated.

23. [Chongqing] Ms. Yan Huiyu Arrested

Ms. Yan Huiyu was arrested by officers from the Jiangbei District Court on June 9, 2021, when she was returning home from the market. She was first taken to have a physical exam in the Yubei District Hospital and then to the Yushuanglong Police Station. She was then taken to the Mu’er Detention Center. Her family was not allowed to visit her or to send anything to her.

24. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhou Zhaoxiu Arrested

Ms. Zhou Zhaoxiu was arrested by officers from the Zhugou Police Station and the Juchenghe Police Station on June 11, 2021. Her home was ransacked. More than 10 Dafa books were confiscated. Ms. Zhou was released around 9 p.m. that evening.

25. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Jiaojiao Arrested

Jiaojiao (gender unknown) was recently arrested at home in Dongrulai Village. Jiaojiao’s home was ransacked.

26. [Suifenhe City, Heilongjiang Province] Zou Fenghong Arrested

Zou Fenghong (gender unknown) was arrested on June 11 for distributing truth-clarifying materials.

27. [Meizhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Li Guanxiu Arrested

Ms. Li Guanxiu, 73, from the Xincheng Sub-district in Mei County was arrested by officers from the Guanlan Police Station in the Longhua District of Shenzhen City on May 27, 2021. She posted stickers with information about Falun Gong when she visited her relative in Shenzhen City. She was later released on bail pending trial. Her home in Mei County was ransacked by officers from Shenzhen City. Her personal belongings including Dafa books, truth-clarifying materials, computer, printer, etc. were confiscated.

28. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Liu Weihai Harassed

Liu Weihai (gender unknown) lives in Fenghuang Village in the Chengguan Sub-district. Liu was harassed and was pressured to sign a guarantee statement by village chief Liu Jingxin and the CEO of Daxing Construction Corp. Gao Xiaojun. Liu refused to and was fired.

29. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested and Detained

Several practitioners were arrested around May 12, 2021. Zhang Weiqi (gender unknown) was first detained in the Fengnan Detention Center and is now in the No.1 Detention Center of Tangshan City. Sun Baifeng (gender unknown) was detained in the Zhaozhuang Police Station. Mr. Zhang Wei and his wife Ms. Guo Yanju are still detained.

30. [Beijing] Ms. Li Xiuyun Missing

Ms. Li Xiuyun from Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, stays near Yuetan Park in the Xicheng District of Beijing. She has lost contact for more than a month.

31. [Dongguan City, Guangdong Province] Case against Ms. Li Yanxia Submitted to Court

The case against Ms. Li Yanxia was submitted to the No.2 Court of Dongguan City on June 7, 2021.

32. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Liu Manxia Harassed

Several people from the Tianding Township Police Station in the District and the Hangtian Community, including officer Tang Lianghong, went to Ms. Liu Manxia’s home on May 8, 2021. Ms. Liu was not in. They threatened her husband and claimed that they would arrest Ms. Liu and put her in prison if she talked to people about Falun Gong or distributed Falun Gong information. They confiscated a media player. Her husband was later told to take a photo of Ms. Liu to officer Tang Lianghong.

Tang Lianghong called Ms. Liu’s husband on June 9, 2021. several people from the 610 Office and the local community then went to Ms. Liu’s home, but she wasn’t there. An officer took photos inside her home. A media player was confiscated. They threatened Ms. Liu’s husband that their children would be implicated because of Ms. Liu.

33. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Wang Dongxiang Harassed

Ms. Wang Dongxiang, 81, from the Yunyan District saw two police cars near her home when she returned from a market on the morning of June 7, 2021. Two officers from the Hetang Police Station wanted to enter her home. She refused to cooperate.

34. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Ms. Fan Xihua Harassed

One of Ms. Fan Xihua’s relatives received a call from the Taoyan Road Community Office on the morning of April 23, 2021, saying that Ms. Fan had to go to the community office. Ms. Fan did not comply.

Officer Jin from the Hutan Police Station called Ms. Fan’s husband around 9 a.m. on June 5, 2021, and asked if Ms. Fan was at home.

Two officers from the Hutan Police Station and one woman from the Taoyuan Road Community went to Ms. Fan’s home around 10 a.m. on June 9, 2021. They said that they wanted collect information about Ms. Fan. A male officer tried to videotape her and a female officer tried to take a photo of her. Ms. Fan refused to cooperate.
