1. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced

Ms. Chen Xiangyun, Ms. Liu Xiuzhen, and Ms. Nie Rongqin were each sentenced to four years in prison and fined 20,000 yuan by the West District Court on September 16, 2020. The practitioners appealed to the Panzhihua City Intermediate Court. The court affirmed the sentences.

The practitioners were arrested on September 25, 2019. Their homes were ransacked. They have been held in the Panzhihua City Detention Center for almost six months.

2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Tianrong, 76, was arrested at home on April 19, 2021. Her Falun Gong books and cell phone were confiscated. Several days before, the neighborhood officer checked records from rental agents and found her address.

The same day, Mr. Ren Yulin, 65, was arrested at his home. His Falun Gong books were confiscated.

Ms. Chen Yanru’s home was ransacked. She was spared from arrest because she had been bedridden for a long time. But her Falun Gong books and printers, as well as her and her daughter’s cell phones, were confiscated

3. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Wei Jun’s Whereabouts Unknown After Arrest

Wei Jun (gender unknown) was arrested at work by officers from the Xigu District Police Station on September 4, 2020. The officers ransacked Wei's home twice while no one was home, and confiscated a computer and printer. Wei's family went to the detention center to visit Wei many times but could not see Wei. They do not know where Wei is or Wei's condition.

4. [Xianning City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Harassed

Practitioners in the Wenquan District have been harassed by community clerks since April 14, 2021. The Political and Legal Affairs Committee gave the clerks a list of known practitioners and were told to coordinate the “zero-out” campaign. They tried to force practitioners to renounce Falun Gong and threatened their families to help them.

The practitioners were Mr. Gong Lufu, in his 80s; Ms. Zhang Qiying, in her 60s; Ms. Cao Sue, in her 70s; Ms. Xie Lin, in her 80s; Mr. Hu Wei, in his 50s; Ms. Yu Na, in her 50s; Ms. Chen Larong, in her 60s; Ms. Zhang Hongping, in her 50s; Ms. Li Yun, in her 50s; and Ms. Yang Xiaohua, 60.

A group of people broke into Mr. Gong Lufu’s home without showing their IDs after 3:00 p.m. on April 14. They searched the place, seized Falun Gong books, and tried to force him to sign a “guarantee statement” renouncing his faith. He refused. The stalemate lasted over two hours.

Several people broke into Mr. Hu Wei’s home when he was not there. They ransacked the place and confiscated his Falun Gong books.

Captain Liu Ning from the Xianning Domestic Security Division led officers to Ms. Cao Sue’s home and seized her Falun Gong books. They told her she had been recorded on security cameras when she distributed Falun Gong materials. They questioned her and asked where she got the materials. She refused to answer.

5. [Baiyin City, Gansu Province] Guo Airong Detained

Guo Airong (gender unknown) was taken away from home by four officers from the Baiyin Police Department on March 30, 2021. They ransacked Guo’s home and seized Falun Gong books and materials. They took Guo to Lanzhou City for a coronavirus test and physical exam, then detained Guo for 15 days.

6. [Chongqing] Five Practitioners’ Pensions Deducted

The Beibei District Social Security Bureau has been deducting imprisoned practitioners’ monthly pension payments since the beginning of 2021. The total deductions range from tens of thousands of yuan to more than a hundred thousand yuan.

The practitioners are Ms. Miao Shixiu, Ms. Wang Youju, Ms. Zhong Chuanhui, Ms. Zeng Deling, and Mr. Gong Houdi. The monthly deductions are 500 yuan, 700 yuan, or 1,500 yuan. After the deductions, some practitioners only received a 600-yuan minimum living expense in their monthly payments.

7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cai Junlong Detained

Mr. Cai Junlong was arrested at work by neighborhood officer Feng Bochang and others from the Wenzheng Street Police Station on the morning of April 19, 2021. The officers ransacked his home and seized two sets of Falun Gong books. He was taken to the police station, then to the No. 2 Detention Center at night. He was given 10 days of detention.

8. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Fuqin and Mr. Su Zhongxiao Detained

Ms. Liu Fuqin was arrested by officers from the Southwest Street Police Station on the afternoon of April 16, 2021. Mr. Su Zhongxiao, in his 60s, was arrested by officers from the station after 8:00 p.m. the same day. His home was ransacked and his Falun Gong books were confiscated.

Ms. Liu is being held at the Fuyu City Detention Center. Mr. Su is being held at the Fuyu City Detention House.

9. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yuan Hongying’s Pension Deducted

10. [Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yang Zhongxian and Ms. Liu Fenglan Harassed

Ms. Yang Zhongxian received a call from local community director Cai Shujuan at 8:00 a.m. on March 22, 2021. Cai told her to go to the office to apply for a hardship subsidy. Ms. Yang refused. Cai called again on March 30, but Ms. Yang was not at home. Cai went to her home to harass her at noon on March 31.

Ms. Liu Fenglan was harassed at home by two officers from the Beishan Police Station around 11:30 a.m. on April 16, 2021. One of them entered her home and videotaped every corner of the place. The other officer stood at the door and threatened Ms. Liu. They left but then returned and took a pair of couplets posted on her door.

11. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Wang Lianzhong Persecuted

Wang Lianzhong (gender unknown), over 70, was released on bail by the Dongying District Court on November 25, 2018. Wang was frequently harassed by people from the court and former work unit, the Agriculture Company, Shengda Group, Shengli Oil Field. At the end of 2019, Wang and Wang’s spouse left home to avoid further harassment. They lived a hard life. Wang had difficulty walking. When they returned home in early March 2021, Wang could not take care of him/herself.

The Dongying District Court froze Wang’s pension. Wang could not live a normal life.

12. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Shi Tiejun Arrested

Mr. Shi Tiejun went downstairs at his home and was arrested by police on the morning of April 20, 2021. Details are unknown.

13. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gao Junmei and Mr. Du Manchang Harassed

Ms. Gao Junmei and Mr. Du Manchang were harassed at home by three officers from the West Heping Road Police Station on the afternoon of April 13, 2021. Ji Guangbin, deputy director of the police station, said to them that if they stopped practicing Falun Gong, they would be removed from the blacklist and could travel and even go abroad. The officers photographed the practitioners. Three days later, they came back and photographed them again.

14. [Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province] Wu Meihong Detained

Wu Meihong (gender unknown) was arrested at home by more than 10 officers, one of whom was named Yuan Changxiao, from the 853 Farm Police Department, at noon on March 29, 2021, after a colleague reported Wu for talking to others about the persecution of Falun Gong.

The officers ransacked Wu’s home and seized a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong books, two MP3 players, three printers, two computers, a DVD burner, a paper cutter, discs, disc covers, toner, ink, paper, several cell phones, earphones, staplers, and other items.

Wu was taken from the police department to the Shuangyashan City Detention Center on March 30, 2021. Wu was detained for 15 days and released on April 14.

15. [Beijing] Zhong Huajian Detained

Zhong Huajian (gender unknown) was found donating money to the Epoch Times newspaper by the CCP's internet police. An officer from the Tian Village Police Station called Zhong on April 13, 2021, and verified Zhong’s name and donation. Officers from the police station ransacked Zhong’s home around 8:00 p.m. on April 14 and seized Zhong’s computer, bank card, credentials, and other items. Zhong was taken to the police station. Zhong is being held at the Haidian District Detention Center according to a letter from the police department.

16. [Wuhan City, Hebei Province] Fang Wanggui Harassed

Fang Wanggui (gender unknown), 90, was dragged away from home and taken to the Nanhu Brainwashing Center in the early hours of the Chinese New Year. Fang was taken back home at night by Zhonghua Road Police Station director Li Jie, 610 Office agents, and the Dufudi Community clerks. This happened on three consecutive days last Chinese New Year.

In the brainwashing center, agents tried to force Fang to fingerprint forms denouncing Falun Gong. Fang refused. The agents said, “If you don’t [give your fingerprints], we will stop your pension, confiscate your home, and keep your son and daughter-in-law from doing business.”

The third morning, the Dufudi Community director Sun Qin and two clerks took Fang to a brainwashing center. The three held Fang. One grabbed Fang’s right hand and another grabbed Fang’s left hand to put Fang’s fingerprints on several forms. They claimed Fang did it voluntarily.

17. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Xiaolian Detained

Ms. Liu Xiaolian was arrested at home by an unidentified man and an unidentified woman around 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2021. Her home was ransacked. Her whereabouts are unknown.

18. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jiang Lijuan Detained

Officers from the Erdao District Police Department and the Dongzhan Police Station claimed to be administering vaccinations and tricked Ms. Jiang Lijun into opening her door around 8:00 a.m. on April 14, 2021. They ransacked the place and seized her Falun Gong books, an ebook reader, an audio player, and other items. Ms. Jiang is being held at the Weizigou Detention Center.

19. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Tian Jinxin Arrested

Mr. Tian Jinxin was arrested by local railroad police. His home was ransacked. His computers and cell phones were confiscated. His wife’s whereabouts are unknown.

20. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Zheng Lianjun and Ms. Zhou Suyun Harassed

Zheng Lianjun (gender unknown) was harassed at home on the morning of April 15, 2021, by authorities from Dashiling Township, police station, and Hongqigan Village. The harassers intimidated Zheng’s family into signing a paper. They told Zheng’s child that he or she would be deprived of taking any college entrance exams or joining the military if his or her parents practiced Falun Gong. The child signed the paper.

The same day, the same group of people went to Ms. Zhou Suyun’s home. They forced her to sign a paper in the name of fire prevention. They claimed they wouldn't bother her again if she signed the paper.

21. [Chongqing] Mr. Kang Hong’s Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Kang Hong disappeared three months ago. The last news about him was when he was returning to Chongqing after visiting his hometown in the Tongliang District in January 2021. Someone in Chongqing said he was arrested by the local police.

22. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Yi Xinru Detained

Yi Xinru (gender unknown) of Tang County was arrested and taken to the Tang County Detention Center by officers from the Tang County Police Department and the Changgucheng Township Police Station on April 14, 2021.

23. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Fang Zhongjuan (gender unknown) was harassed at home by officers from the Gaotuan Town Police Station and officer associates on April 14, 2021. They took photos and videos and ordered Fang to sign papers. They also seized a picture of the founder of Falun Gong.

Yu Zhenna (gender unknown) was harassed at home by officers from the Gaotuan Town Police Station and officer associates around April 16, 2021. They videotaped and photographed the scene.

Liu Guangfen (gender unknown) was harassed at home by neighborhood officer Zou Weiqiang from the Fuxin Police Station and officer associates on April 14, 2021. They videotaped the place and were very rude. They left after her family members came home.
