(Minghui.org) May 13, 2021, was the 22nd World Falun Dafa Day and the 29th anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction. Mayors of many cities and towns issued proclamations for Falun Dafa Day or sent letters of greeting to honor the occasion.

Mayor Lisa Helps of the City of Victoria proclaims May 13th, 2021, “Falun Dafa Day” in the city.

The proclamation reads, “Falun Dafa is an advanced ancient exercise and meditation practice of mind, body, and spirit based on the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.”

“Falun Dafa practitioners follow the principles and incorporate them into their daily lives, striving to become better people in all environments and situations.”

“During the current difficult time of Covid-19 pandemic, we are reminded how important these values and principles can be to us all.”

“Falun Dafa has benefited physically and spiritually tens of millions of people in over 100 countries around the world since its public introduction in China by Master Li Hongzhi on May 13, 1992.”

“Falun Dafa transcends cultural and racial boundaries and contributes to a more peaceful, tolerant, and compassionate society.”
