(Minghui.org) Twenty-nine years ago, on May 13, 1992, Master Li Hongzhi first taught Falun Dafa, an ancient spiritual and meditation discipline, in a small park in Changchun City, Jilin Province.
Since then, the practice spread through word of mouth across China. Many people, although they don’t practice Falun Dafa themselves, also identify with Falun Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance, and have received blessings for their support.
At the 29 anniversary of Dafa’s public introduction, which is also the 22nd World Falun Dafa Day and Master Li’s 70th birthday, many of the supporters extended their warmest greetings to Master Li and wish him a Happy Birthday!
One resident of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province wrote, “I don’t practice Dafa myself, but I truly believe Dafa is great and I fully support my wife in practicing it. In my spare time, I also spread information about Falun Dafa and I believe people will have a brighter future once they understand the facts!”
A barber in Shandong said, “I like to read the Falun Dafa pamphlets a lot! There is no way for me to get such information from the propaganda media of the Chinese communist regime, which only censors the truth from the public. The communist regime is totally corrupted and we all know that. Falun Dafa practitioners have been telling the truth all these years. I’m longing for the elimination of the communist regime. On the special occasion, I’d like to wish Master Li a Happy Birthday!”
One resident of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province said, “One of my colleagues is a Falun Dafa practitioner and she often tells me about its health benefits. On a Sunday morning, my husband suddenly had pain in his back that he was unable to stand or walk. I contacted the hospital, only to be told that he had to wait until Monday to be admitted. Not knowing what to do, I called my colleague. She soon came over and asked my husband to recite the auspicious phrases ‘Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance is good.’ My husband took her advice and kept reciting the words. By the next morning, he could stand and walk. After being treated in the hospital for a few days, he quickly recovered.”
A small business owner in Jingzhou County, Hunan Province said, “Three years ago, I began to use Freegate to access free internet. I could see more and more clearly the evilness of the Chinese Communist Party. I’m also deeply touched by Falun Dafa practitioners’ compassion and admire their persistence in running the media to report the truth. I hope more people can understand the truth, choose a bright future for themselves, and be blessed by Dafa.”
An elderly man in Yantai City, Shandong Province shared, “Whenever it snows in our village, Falun Dafa practitioners will come out and clean the snow, from the village entrance to the major road, for two lis (about 0.62 mile). The Chinese Communist Party has always praised itself as being glorious, but I never see any Party member comes out to clean the snow. So when people slander Falun Dafa again, I always tell them about it and they all stay silent afterward.”
