Based on a summary report published by Minghui.org, 622 Falun Gong Practitioners in China Sentenced for Their Faith in 2020, the following is additional information:
Six practitioners sentenced to prison in 2020 who were not reported by Minghui are:
Ms. Wu, from the Pudong New Area, was sentenced to prison by the Fengxian District Court. Her prison term is unknown.
Ms. Fan Shuyun, from Songjiang District, was sentenced to prison by the Fengxian District Court. Her prison term is unknown.
Ms. Huang Yonghua, from Xuhui District, was sentenced to a one-year-and-six-month prison term by the Fengxian District Court in June. She was 71 years old at the time.
Ms. Xia Xin, from Minhang District, was sentenced to prison by the Fengxian District Court in July. Her prison term is unknown.
Ms. Jiang Mingzhen, from Songjiang District, was sentenced to prison by the Fengxian District Court in August. Her prison term is unknown.
Mr. Du Ting, from Putuo District, was sentenced to a one-year-and-six-month prison term and fined 5,000 yuan by the Jing’an District Court in November. His lawyer pleaded not guilty on his behalf.

Ms. Cai Yufang was sentenced to prison by the Minhang District Court in January. Her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf.
Mr. Liu Bo was sentenced to prison by the Jing’an District Court in June. His lawyer pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
Mr. Shi Junyi was sentenced by the Jing’an District Court in June. His lawyer pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
Ms. Wang Renxiang was sentenced to prison by the Jing’an District Court. Her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf.
Ms. Wang Qiuxiang, from Baoshan District, was sentenced to a one-year-and-four-month prison term and fined 5,000 yuan. Her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf.

Ms. Zhou Meijuan, from Jiading District, was sentenced to prison and fined 2,000 yuan by the Jing’an District Court. Her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf.

Ms. Wu Yuqin, was sentenced to prison and fined 6,000 yuan by the Jing’an District Court. Her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf. She was 68 years old then.
Mr. Deng Chenglian was sentenced to prison by the Fengxian District Court. His lawyer pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
Mr. Cao Hongru was sentenced to prison and fined 2,000 yuan by the Fengxian District Court. He was 78 years old then.

Chen Weiqin (gender unknown) was sentenced to prison by the Jing’an District Court. Chen was 80 years old then.
Ms. Xu Nixia, from Baoshan District, was sentenced to prison by the Jing’an District Court.
Ms. Pei Shanzhen was sentenced to prison. Her lawyer pleaded not guilty on her behalf. She was 74 years old then.
Ms. Huang Zhongmei, was sentenced to prison by the Shanghai Railway Transportation Court.
2. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Hongwei and Mr. Wang Ziming Sentenced to Prison
Mr. Gao Hongwei, manager of a water purifier company, was arrested on November 24, 2018.
More than ten other practitioners were also arrested and their homes ransacked by the Dongying Domestic Security Division on the same day.
Mr. Gao was sentenced to four years in prison. Mr. Wang Ziming was sentenced to seven years and six months in prison in November 2019. They were held in the Dongying City Detention Center for over two years.
Mr. Gao was taken to the Shandong Province Prison on January 5, 2021. Mr. Wang’s current whereabouts are unknown.
3. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Face Trial
Mr. Qi Yong was arrested when he talked to people about Falun Gong. He was scheduled to be tried at the Rencheng District Court on January 20, 2021.
Since their trial, no information has been made available regarding Mr. Feng Shangwei, Mr. Feng’s wife, Mr. Yuan Xianting, Ms. Wang Xiuqin, and Ms. Xie Yuxia. It was learned that some of the practitioners were sentenced to prison: Mr. Feng was sentenced to a five-year prison term. His wife’s term is unknown. Mr. Yuan was sentenced to a five-year prison term. Ms. Wang was sentenced to a one-year-and-six-month prison term, and Ms. Xie was sentenced to a three-year prison term.
Three months ago, Ms. Han, mother of practitioner Wang Chan who was persecuted to death in Jining City, was sentenced to three and a half years for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their sentence was carried out outside prison.
Ms. Zhang Zhaoyan and Ms. Wang Chuanfeng from Jining City were released on bail.
Ms. Zhang Min is from Jining City. Her home was ransacked and her salary was deducted.
Ms. Wei’s home in Jining City was ransacked.
4. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Several Practitioners Harassed
Police officers continuously went to practitioners’ homes and harassed them on November 11, 2020. They pressured practitioners to sign the three statements to renounce their faith.
Ms. Xiao Shunxiu, 71, from Yuzitang Village and Ms. Cao Qiuxiang, 67, from Qiaomutang Village, Buyunqiao Town, were harassed.
Shengyue Village officials went twice to Mr. Chen Yibin’s home, harassed him, and confiscated two Falun Dafa books.
Several police officers led by Zeshan Village officials went to Ms. Xiao Yangxiu’s home and pressured her to write the three statements.
Officer Zhang Jun’s mother Ms. Zhou Hexiu practices Falun Gong. Zhang and his father took her to the Buyunqiao Police Station and pressured her to sign the three statements.
Ms. Gao Guo from Zhuantang Town and Ms. Luo Youxiu from Chenglianyu Township were also harassed and pressured to sign the three statements.
5. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. You Quanfen Harassed
Ms. You Quanfen from Tianpeng Town was reported to the community where she lives near her work for displaying photos of the founder of Falun Gong in her home. Community staff members went to her home on January 18, 2021. Ms. You was not at home. They entered her home and removed the photos from the wall.
6. [Beijing] Ms. Jiao Yufang and Ms. Wei Dongmei Arrested
Ms. Jiao Yufang and Ms. Wei Dongmei were arrested while talking to people about Falun Gong on January 10 and 11, 2021, respectively.
7. [Jiangyuan County, Jilin Province] Ms. Gong Qiumin’s Pension Suspended
Ms. Gong Qiumin was previously sentenced to four years and nine months in prison. The pension payments she should have received during that period were deducted by the Jiangyuan County Social Security Bureau.
Her family recently called and asked when her pension would be resumed. The Social Security Bureau staff said that when they learned she was taken to a forced labor camp, the pension she received during that period had to be deducted. She has not received pension payments for six months now.
8. [Antu County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Yaxian’s Pension Suspended
The pension Ms. Zhu Yaxian received during her imprisonment from 2014 to 2019 were recently deducted. Beginning in November 2020, her pension payments have been suspended. Now she has no source of income.
9. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sui Weili Arrested
Ms. Sui Weili, a teacher at the Haiyang Light Industry Kindergarten, was arrested on January 9, 2021.
10. [Shehong City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Xuemei Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Yang Xuemei from Taihe Town was tried by the Shehong City Court on November 2, 2020. She was sentenced to one year in prison. She is being held in the Suining City Detention Center.
11. [Guidong County, Hunan Province] Ms. He Yongmei and Guo Yuanhe Sentenced to Prison
Guo Yuanhe (gender unknown) was taken into custody in March 2020. Ms. He Yongmei, an employee at the Traffic Management Bureau, was arrested at her workplace in March 2020. Both practitioners were released on bail after being held in custody for over two months.
Both practitioners were tried around October 2020. Guo was sentenced to a four-year-and-six-month prison term. Ms. He was sentenced to a three-year prison term with three years of probation. Ms. He was fired by her work unit.
12. [Xuchang City, Henan Province] Ms. Lou Yahong Officially Arrested
Ms. Lou Yahong was arrested for posting a couplet with the words, “Heavenly Blessings” on the door of her home on the morning of December 15, 2020. Five or six officers from the Dingzhuang Township Police Station ransacked her home and confiscated a computer and her Falun Dafa books. Ms. Lou was taken to the Yulin Detention Center for 15 days of detention. She was officially placed under arrest on January 16, 2021.
13. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Meihua Held in Detention Center
Ms. Wang Meihua from Minhang District was arrested on June 24, 2020, for distributing Falun Gong materials. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a computer, a printer, and a large number of personal belongings. She was officially placed under arrest on August 3. She is being held in the Minhang District Detention Center.
Her case was turned over to the Minhang District Procuratorate on September 18 and brought to the Minhang District Court on October 9.
