(Minghui.org) Ever since Jiang Zemin initiated the persecution of Falun Dafa in July 1999, Falun Dafa practitioners have never ceased their truth-clarification activities. More and more people have understood the truth.

A young doctor in Shanghai heard the truth on his wedding day and said, “We can all understand the truth. I never joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), but please help me quit the Youth League and Young Pioneers.”

When two sisters heard the truth about the persecution of Dafa, the younger one stood solemnly and recited a poem in Hong Yin. She said, “A Falun Dafa practitioner who lived in the same residential compound helped us quit the CCP and its affiliates over ten years ago and taught us this poem.”

I also met people who had worked in government organizations. They also understood the truth and made the right choice to quit the CCP.

A Veteran Police Officer Quit with His Real Name

I met an elderly man on my way to the bus station. When he told me he was 88 years old, I said, “You still look very healthy. What did you do before you retired?”

He said, “I am a veteran policeman.” I asked if he knew a regional commissioner whose family name is Wang.

When he said he did, I told him he was my colleague. “One time," I related, "a young man blocked his car and asked for a ride. The boy said he was going to college but had lost his money.

“Mr. Wang took the young man home and helped him financially. From then on, the young man always visited him when he was on vacation. This happened when he was in his 70s. He is very amiable. Everybody said he is a good man.”

The old man said, “I was a good official then, too. When others tried to give me a gift of eggs, I never dared to accept them.

“I never beat anybody during my many years as a police officer. One time, a child did something wrong and was arrested. I had a long, serious talk with him and then took him back to his parents so his future wouldn’t be ruined.”

I said, “People are saying nowadays that police officers are all gangsters. Minor officials are only involved in minor corruption while major officials commit major corruption. They do only bad things and never consider the average person. You must have joined the CCP and the Youth League, right?”

He said, “Yes, I joined the Youth League at 16.”

I said, “The CCP fights against heaven, earth, and the people, and the pandemic is targeting it. I suggest you renounce the Youth League and void the oath you made to it. Instead, you should often recite, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ That way you will be safe during the pandemic.”

He said, “Okay, I quit!” I then asked him for his name, which he told me.

I gave him two amulets and reminded him to give his wife one and tell her it could protect her. I explained to him once again how to keep safe in the pandemic. He accepted my words.

Former Discipline Inspection Commissioner Quit with His Real Name

I was waiting for the bus in September when I noticed a man waiting next to me. I asked him what he did before he retired and how old he was.

He said he was 70 and used to work in the Discipline Inspection Commission. I said we were nearly the same age and asked him if he remembered the mayor at the time.

He said he did and then asked me where I worked. I told him the names of the leaders where I’d worked. He said he knew them all.

After he heard I also worked for a government organization, he pulled down his face mask and showed me his face. He told me proudly, “I worked in the Discipline Inspection Commission for two terms in the municipal and district governments.”

I said, “At that time, we relied on our own abilities. But nowadays people buy their positions. Some officials have embezzled hundreds of millions of yuan. A son even killed his mother for money. Without a moral baseline, people dare to do anything.”

He said it was all hopeless. I said, “What about the pandemic? Is it the scourge of human evildoing? When people have no morality, all kinds of disasters occur: floods, earthquakes, pandemics, etc. The only way to keep safe is to keep ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance’ in mind. There is a ‘Quit the CCP’ website, where you can renounce the CCP with a pseudonym. Let me help you. What is your family name, please?”

He told me his real name and asked me to help him quit. I gave him a DVD with information about the truth.

He carefully placed it in his pocket.

The Former Director of Municipal Economy and Trade Commission Quit with a Pseudonym

I met an elderly couple when I was waiting for the bus. They looked like retired officials.

I asked the husband what organization he worked for. He said, “The Economy and Trade Commission.”

I said, “Your department was on the second floor of the municipal government building. It was a big department. You must have been the main one in charge there.”

He nodded. I said, “That was when officials started being corrupt, and now things are only getting worse. With no moral standards, everything is doomed. The only way to keep safe is to remember ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ and to do things in line with the heavenly principles. I want to wish you the best.

“You must have joined the Party and the Youth League and should void your oaths to them. Let me help you quit with a pseudonym.”

He agreed, so I made up a pseudonym for him and he committed it to memory.

I reminded him to recite, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” and told him it could help him get through any disaster.

He seemed very pleased, and I wished them both long and happy lives.

A Former Political and Legal Affairs Committee Official Quit the CCP

A man was talking on his phone at the bus stop, so when he finished his call, I said to him, “It’s the holidays and you are still so busy?”

He said, “All invitations to meals. So annoying.”

When I asked him how old he was, he said he was 71. I then asked him what he did before he retired and he said, “I worked for the Political and Legal Affairs Committee—it’s on the fourth floor of the government building.”

I mentioned a few people and asked if he knew them. He knew them all and told me one of them had passed away.

I was surprised and said, “When did he pass away? Human life is so fragile and fickle. It seems we have a lot of mutual acquaintances. Our meeting is predestined. I should tell you how to keep safe during the pandemic.”

Then I explained to him that Falun Dafa is the Buddha law and that the pandemic was due to the decline of human morality, etc. I taught him the two auspicious phrases and told him the best way to keep safe was to quit the CCP and its affiliates.

He accepted everything I said and told me his family name. I made up a pseudonym for him and promised to help him quit the CCP.

As he boarded the bus, I reminded him to recite the phrases; he looked back and answered, “Yes!”

I am happy for those sentient beings who used to work in the CCP regime and who have now been saved. I hope more people understand the truth and make it through the catastrophe safely!
