Taxi Drivers Believe in Falun Dafa and Spread the Truth

(Minghui.org) I started practicing Falun Dafa in 1997 and am now 70 years old. Due to practitioners clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa, (also known as Falun Gong) and the ongoing persecution, many people’s consciences have awakened. They are seeing through the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) evil nature and believe that Falun Dafa is good.

I often took a taxi when I went out, and I used each trip as a good opportunity to clarify the truth to the driver.

Taxi Driver: “I Admire Master Li, and Feel the Injustice Perpetrated on Falun Gong”

One day, I took a taxi to visit a new practitioner. The driver was in his 50s. There was something unique about him. He had a very warm attitude and spoke in a very kind tone. His car was clean and bright.

After we greeted each other, I said, “Out so early! Judging by your car, I know you are a neat and tidy person. There aren’t a lot of people like you nowadays.” He said, “Nobody wants to sit in a dirty car with the unbearable smell of cigarettes.” “Right,” I said, “I have unfortunately ridden in some of those cars before.”

I continued, “For someone as good as you are, have you withdrawn from the three communist organizations (the CCP, Communist Youth League, and the Chinese Young Pioneers)?”

He turned his head and took a quick look at me, and said, “You are a Falun Gong practitioner, right? I have a friend who practices Falun Gong. He helped me withdraw a long time ago. Wow, it really made a difference! Since then, great things have happened.”

“My knees used to hurt a lot due to years of driving, but they don’t hurt as much now. Everything in my life became very smooth; I got what I wanted. My friend’s name is so-and-so, do you know him?”

I said, “Yes, I do.”

He continued, “He and his wife have been good friends of mine for years, and I often asked them for Falun Gong materials to read. Their entire family are good people. But such a family was severely persecuted by the CCP for practicing Falun Gong.”

“He has a college degree and had a nice job in the government for years. His wife also had a good job. The couple was widely recognized as being good people. Just as he was about to be promoted at work, Jiang Zemin, former head of the CCP, launched the persecution of Falun Gong. The couple was fired from their jobs, arrested, detained, and taken to labor camps.”

“Witnessing what was happening to my friends, I felt the sky was falling. I couldn’t accept it. There is nothing wrong with following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance! How could the CCP turn right and wrong upside down and confuse black and white? I realized the CCP was corrupt to the core. It was so wicked and evil, and it had ruined our country.”

“I felt injustice for Falun Gong from the bottom of my heart! Such a good spiritual practice has been brutally suppressed and persecuted by the CCP for so many years. I believe Falun Gong will be vindicated. I often tell my relatives and friends the truth about Falun Gong, and tell them what happened to my friend’s family, and tell them not to be deceived by the CCP’s lies.”

His heartfelt words moved me to tears. When we arrived at my destination, someone was waiting for a taxi. I said to him with tears in my eyes, “Thank you for supporting Dafa and understanding us! You are such a good person, you will surely be blessed. I sincerely wish you peace and happiness!” He replied, “I wish you the same!”

Some time later, I once again rode in his taxi. At first, we did not recognize each other because we were both wearing masks. After greeting each other, I began to clarify the truth, and he said, “I know you are fellow practitioner so-and-so.”

I realized who he was, so I asked him, “Have you seen your friend lately? How is he and his family doing?” He also recognized me at this point and said friendly, “Auntie, it’s you! We really have a destined connection.”

He continued, “Your fellow practitioner and his wife are doing very well. The couple was hired to manage an enterprise. Their talents and characters were soon recognized by everyone and admired by their superiors and subordinates. They are very successful financially too and have become quite wealthy. Their child has gone abroad for further studies.”

“The enterprise has really improved since they joined. Everyone, from the management to the workers, all cooperated with their leadership. The company’s performance became outstanding, and the employees’ income has increased. I am really happy for them.”

I said, “Dafa blesses those who practice it in the first place.”

He sighed and continued, “I read on your truth-clarification materials that the CCP has been harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, and sells the organs at high prices. I was infuriated that there are such wicked people in the world! The CCP must be behind all this evil.”

“Despite the CCP’s persecution for so many years, you have never backed down. You have persisted in what you’re doing for so many years under tremendous pressure. Falun Gong is remarkable! You have suffered a lot. I admire you from the bottom of my heart.”

“Of course, I admire your Master most. He is really great to have so many disciples who are letting go of life and death to adhere to the truth, despite the evil CCP’s suppression and persecution for so many years! Your Master is truly remarkable! Falun Gong has brought hope to China. I support you! I cheer for you! Stick it out to the end, and I believe good people will be rewarded!”

I put my hands in Heshi and said, “Thank you! Thank you! I wish you and your entire family peace and happiness!” I could see the sincerity and kindness on his face. I was thankful for Master’s infinite grace!

Another Driver: “Falun Gong Is Really Here to Save People!”

I rode in another driver’s taxi twice within a few months. The first time, when I clarified the truth to him, he said he had already quit the CCP and its youth organizations.

He asked me why I practiced Falun Gong. I told him that Falun Gong is a great cultivation way of high virtue, it requires practitioners to follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to be good people, and it has miraculous effects in keeping practitioners healthy and fit as they improve their morality.

I told him that I used to have haematemesis all year round and would stumble when I walked. I had many diseases and couldn’t find the cure even though I never stopped trying new treatments. When I lost all hope, I was introduced to Falun Dafa and began to practice it. I followed the Falun Dafa requirements to cultivate my character, and within a short period of time, all my illnesses were gone, and I have been in excellent health since.”

He was not impressed and said, “You all say the same thing.” Before I got off, I told him that when in trouble or danger, if he sincerely recited, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!” he would be safe. I also gave him an Internet blockade-circumventing software and an amulet.

I told him, “This software allows you to see the truth that you can’t see in China. You can browse the world and see whatever you want. A lot of people can’t find this kind of software even if they want to.” His attitude suddenly improved and he accepted the software happily.

The second time I took his taxi, I didn’t recognize him at first. As soon as I began talking about Falun Gong, he immediately took out the software and showed it to me, “Auntie, do you remember? This is the QR code card you gave me.”

Indeed, the graphic design of a little dove flying under the blue sky above a branch of plum blossoms in full bloom was so familiar. Yes, this was exactly what I gave him last time.

I asked him, “How does it work?” He said, “Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. When it works, I spend more time on it. I have been keeping it close.”

I told him, “When it’s not working, it’s the CCP blocking the Internet.”

He said, “This little card is great. It really allows me to read whatever I want. I shared what I read with a lot of people, and we have understood a lot of things that we didn’t understand in the past.”

I was touched and said, “Young man, you are really a clear-minded and smart person, you will be blessed. People like you are really hard to find! Nowadays, many people believe whatever the evil CCP says and don’t use their brains. They don’t have their own understanding and opinion, and refuse to read or listen to the truth.”

He said, “My wife is like that; she has just joined the Party. People in my village advised her to quit the Party to be safe, but she refused to listen.”

I said, “Here’s a copy of ‘Heavenly Blessings.’ It explains why people should quit the three communist organizations. Let her read it, and then tell her about the truth you read, combined with the real examples, of the pandemic and the actual death toll in Wuhan. Tell her the consequences of not quitting the communist organizations. I believe she will change.” At this point, the car stopped at a red light.

He suddenly asked me, “Ma'am, I have a question for a long time. Take you as an example. You regained your health after practicing Falun Dafa. You believe Falun Dafa is good, and you can practice at home. So why do you have to go around and spread it, give out information, put up posters, and hang up banners everywhere?”

I said, “You may have understood a lot of the truth by now. Falun Dafa is a Buddha school-based advanced cultivation practice system that requires practitioners to conduct themselves according to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and improve their morals.”

“Dafa Master is merciful. He cherishes all lives in the world. At a time when humanity is in danger, He told us to tell people that Dafa can save lives, and told us to seize the opportunity to clarify the truth about Dafa and save those who have been poisoned by the CCP’s lies, and hate Dafa, so as to give them a chance to be saved.”

“Falun Gong has spread to more than 100 countries worldwide, widely turning practitioners’ hearts toward goodness, and restoring morality. The evil CCP is spreading a big lie to confuse the world by slandering Falun Gong, and using monetary benefits to bribe those who do not understand the truth so that they will follow it to the grave.”

“Now the pandemic has spread around the world, claiming nearly 4 million lives. It is a warning from Heaven.”

“Young man, imagine a decent young man like you being poisoned by the evil CCP’s propaganda and doing something really bad, wouldn’t that be a terrible shame? Dafa Master is merciful. He has been giving everyone chances. Although more than 380 million people have withdrawn from the three communist organizations, there are still many, many more lives out there to be saved.”

“We need to save people quickly and try to do it before bigger disaster strikes. As long as one remembers, ‘Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!’ and sincerely quits the evil communist organizations, one will be saved by Dafa and blessed by Heaven.”

“Tell me, if we don’t come out and tell people the truth, but stay at home to study and practice Falun Dafa, how many innocent lives would be lost during the Heavenly Destruction of the CCP? What a terrible thing it would be!”

The driver said happily, “Auntie, I understand now. So Falun Gong is really here to save people! Thank you!” He then said twice, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!”

Taking a Third Taxi: “The CCP Is So Corrupt. Heaven Is Really Going to Destroy It!”

One day, I got in a taxi. The driver was a fairly elegant man in his 50s. I told him where I was going. He said, “I live in that area. We really have a connection in destiny.”

I asked him which company he was working for. He told me he was a chauffeur for a government agency. I said, “You have a job in the government. Why do you have to drive a taxi?” He said, “It’s my relative’s car. I do it on Sundays to make some money to support my family.”

I said, “Since you drive government officials, you must know about the CCP’s corruption. Lower-ranking officials corrupt for small amounts, higher-ranking officials corrupt for large amounts, and there is no official who is not corrupt.”

He jumped in, “Actually, what you know is too little. I have been driving government officials for years and have seen way too much corruption in that circle! So much so that I have become accustomed to it. The treasury is emptied by those officials. There is no hope for us people! The CCP has ruined our country.”

He continued, “Since the CCP began ruling the country, how many campaigns has it carried out against people, and how many lives has it claimed? CCP officials care only about themselves; they don’t care about the people. The CCP has lost its crowd, and its days are numbered. It doesn’t have much time to live. It looks like Heaven is really going to destroy this evil Party.”

I said, “You are wise to have your own opinion and can tell right from wrong in a chaotic world. You are right in seeing through the nature of the CCP, which is falsehood, wickedness, and struggle. It kills people, harms lives, and is persecuting those who practice the righteous faith of Falun Dafa. Heaven will definitely eliminate it.“

“The fact that it continues to exist now is Heaven’s way of giving those good people who have ignorantly joined the evil Party and its organizations an opportunity to choose to be saved. Have you quit the three communist organizations?”

He said quickly, “My relative who practices Falun Gong helped me quit a long time ago. I often read Falun Gong’s truth-clarification materials and know that Falun Dafa is good. The CCP’s crackdown on Falun Gong is wrong. Falun Gong will be vindicated in the future.”

After a short pause, he asked me, “Why is the pandemic under control in China, but still so serious in foreign countries?” I said, “Do you believe ‘There is a deity three feet above your head?’ Do you believe good is rewarded with good and evil with evil?” He nodded.

I said, “The CCP has been deceiving people with lies, and it is impossible for common folks to know the real situation of the epidemic in China. According to some informed sources, the actual death toll of the Wuhan virus outbreak was more than ten times the death toll reported on TV. Therefore, we can’t trust what the CCP says.”

“Moreover, since ancient times many prophets around the world have predicted that a great catastrophe will happen when human beings go bad and do not believe in the existence of God and Buddha, and do not believe that good is rewarded with good and evil with evil.”

“Most of the countries that lost many lives to the pandemic were close to the CCP. Now 380 million people have withdrawn from the three major communist organizations, and many people who did not join the CCP and understood the truth have been kept safe from the pandemic.”

“But there are still many people who believe the lies – they are still in danger. There are still a lot of people who have not been saved. We must save them quickly before the great catastrophe hits.”

He said, “Oh, so this is the situation. I have been supporting you.”

I said, “Thank you! Your act of justice will surely bring you blessings. One kind thought of Dafa will bring you peace and happiness!”

I got out of the taxi and waved goodbye to the driver. My heart was touched. With the rapid progress of the great tide of Fa-rectification, the evil has been eliminated so much that people are awakening!

I am grateful to our esteemed Master for spreading Falun Dafa! Thank you, Master, for prolonging the time with enormous endurance to allow more people in the world a chance to be saved!
