A Journey to a Remote Village to Spread the Goodness of Dafa
(Minghui.org) I made arrangements with another practitioner to distribute Falun Dafa pamphlets in a remote village. We left long before dawn and asked Master Li to take us safely to those who were suppose to hear about Dafa.
We traveled on bicycles, and the roads had police patrolling at many of the intersections. Police vehicles passed us several times, but we were protected by the Fa and arrived safely.
We set out to distribute pamphlets door to door, and also put up posters at conspicuous places along the streets. There was a large farmer’s market crowded with people from the surrounding villages. We finished up in the residential area with only a few pamphlets left.
We then saw a few people coming out of a house wearing red armbands and holding up the pamphlets that we had just distributed. One of them yelled, “Don’t let them get away, let's take them to the police station!”
We quickly hid next to an empty house and asked Master for help and sent forth righteous thoughts. The people walked toward us and kept talking about calling the police, but were unable to see us. We safely made it back to our bicycles and rode to the market.
It was dusk by then and people were coming out of their homes. Many of them were reading our pamphlets and talking about them. Some were also pointing at and commenting about our posters.
I saw an elderly man cleaning the streets. I walked up to him and gave him a pamphlet. I told him the facts about Falun Dafa. He was receptive and quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliates. I also told him about the value of repeating, “Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He smiled and thanked me.
We finally came to a small restaurant and approached an elderly couple. We told them the facts about Dafa, gave them the pamphlets, and taught them to recite, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” They were very appreciative!
