(Minghui.org) July 20, 2020, is the somber anniversary which marks 21 years the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has persecuted Falun Gong, a peaceful practice.

Besides arresting and torturing practitioners, the CCP conducts state-sanctioned live organ harvesting for a lucrative profit. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, only small gatherings are allowed in many countries. Practitioners in Malaysia adhered to the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO).

Falun Gong practitioners throughout Malaysia held small scale events in multiple places to commemorate fellow practitioners who died in the persecution. They hope more people will learn about the persecution and help stop the CCP's brutality.

Activities in Kuala Lumpur

Practitioners went to the Chinese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur on July 19. They set up large banners and posters and called for an end to the persecution.

“We'd like to advise the police, prosecutors, and court staffers in China who are involved in the persecution to learn about the CCP's true nature, follow their conscience and distance themselves from the Party.”

Public Supports Falun Gong

As practitioners continue to clarify the truth, more and more people have come to know the true nature of the CCP and wish to help stop the persecution.

“I sympathize with Falun Gong practitioners who were tortured to death by the CCP since July 20, 1999,” said Daniel Ding, a resident in Kuala Lumpur. “I hope that the international community can help end this atrocity as soon as possible.”

“Killing people who believe in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is a crime against humanity,” said Mohd Faiz, a resident in Kuala Lumper. “Communism is a true threat to humankind.”

Lian's friend is a Falun Gong practitioner. He originally had negative thoughts about Falun Gong because he listened to the CCP's propaganda. But he now supports Falun Gong very much after he learned the facts. On the evening of July 19, Lian participated in the event in Kulai.

“I feel practitioners' dedication to stop the persecution of Falun Gong,” Lian said. “I participated in this event to commemorate the Falun Gong practitioners who have died in the persecution and let the world know Falun Gong's principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. I hope more people can learn about this practice, and more Chinese people will quit the Party.”
