Taiwan: Parade in Kinmen Commemorates 21 Years of Falun Gong Practitioners Peacefully Resisting Chinese Regime’s Persecution
(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in Kinmen, Taiwan, held a parade on July 11, 2020, commemorating their 21 years of peacefully resisting the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution, which was initiated on July 20, 1999. They exposed the brutality of the CCP and called on the world's people to stop the persecution.
Professor Chang Ching-hsi, president of the Taiwan Falun Dafa Association, said that former CCP head Jiang Zemin initiated the persecution 21 years ago, carrying out a genocidal policy against practitioners. More than 4,500 practitioners are verified to have died due to the persecution. Professor Chang also talked about the CCP’s atrocity of harvesting organs from countless living practitioners and called for all people of justice to work together to bring the persecution to an end.
