(Minghui.org) As the novel coronavirus (also called the CCP virus after the Chinese Communist Party) ravages the world, Falun Gong practitioners outside of China have been calling people in China to tell them how the CCP has been using cover-up and deceit in its mishandling of the pandemic. In fact, the current tactics are the same that the CCP has been using in its persecution of Falun Gong.

Practitioners have also been urging people to practice social distancing from the CCP to ensure their safety and to secure a peaceful life. Many people who've received the phone calls have expressed gratitude and agreed to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

Below is a conversation between Zhou, a practitioner in Canada, and the director of the CCP Organization Department [the human resources management department for the Party] in a city in Guangxi Province.

“I Am Very Busy”

After the call was connected, the director sounded very inpatient and asked Zhou to be brief as he was very busy.

Zhou began by saying that the current pandemic is something that concerns everyone’s safety. He reminded the director, “Virologists have found that this virus is very hard to control because of the many asymptomatic cases. If a second wave of this outbreak occurs, there may not be enough time to save people. So I hope that you will take good care of yourself.”

“Why should I listen to you?” the director asked, scornfully. “Plus I don't even know you.”

Zhou said he just wanted the director to be safe amid the pandemic.

His tone softening, the director asked, “All right then, how can I protect myself?”

“Isn’t Following the CCP My Freedom of Belief?”

Zhou urged the director to quit the CCP, but the director shot back, “Isn’t following the CCP my freedom of belief?”

“Yes, you do have your freedom of belief,” Zhou said. “But just because a drunk person has the freedom to fall into water and lose his life, it doesn’t mean that others should not try to stop him. Right?”

The director was silent. Zhou then mentioned several lists compiled by certain government agencies that tallied the numbers of employees who'd died from the CCP virus. The lists got leaked to the public and showed that most of the people who died of the coronavirus were members of the CCP.

The director wondered why there was such a high percentage of fatalities linked to CCP members.

Zhou explained, “The founder of communism, Karl Marx, referred to communism as a specter [in The Communist Manifesto]. In the past 100-plus years, the communist parties of the former Soviet Union and of China have launched numerous political campaigns, resulting in 100 million unnatural deaths. When it comes time to hold the communist party responsible for these crimes, Party members will also have to face the consequences. But if you quit the CCP, you are no longer a part of it and will no longer have to pay for the CCP's crimes.”

“Really?” the director asked.

“Of course!” Zhou answered.

“What if I stop doing bad things without quitting the Party?” the director asked.

“Thank You for Your Great Help”

Zhou used several examples to help the director understand why affinity with the CCP in any form should still be severed. He brought up the CCP's persecution of his own faith, Falun Gong, a meditation system based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.

“Falun Gong was introduced to the public in 1992. In just several years, it attracted tens of millions of people due to its miraculous power in improving health and enabling its practitioners to become better citizens,” Zhou explained. “In the past 21 years, however, the CCP has been suppressing Falun Gong by waging a nationwide campaign. A large number of practitioners have been detained, imprisoned and tortured.”

Zhou pointed out that many people who have been misled by the CCP's hate propaganda against Falun Gong have also aided in the persecution of law-abiding practitioners. He explained that separating oneself from the CCP is standing up for Falun Gong and upholding justice for the innocent. Meanwhile, severing ties with the CCP will also relieve oneself from having to be held accountable for the CCP's crimes against Falun Gong and many other persecuted groups.

The director listened quietly, then said, “Thank you for your great help and patience.” He still didn't say he'd quit the CCP, but he did keep listening, adding, “I still have time. Please continue talking.”

“I Know the Self-Immolation Is a Hoax. Are There Any Other Things I Don't Know About?”

When Zhou mentioned the staged Tiananmen self-immolation created to frame Falun Gong, the director interrupted him. “I already know the self-immolation is a hoax. Are there any other things I don't know about?”

Zhou then talked about the persecution of Falun Gong in Wuhan, the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak. When former communist leader Jiang Zemin decided to suppress Falun Gong in 1999, very few top CCP leaders supported the idea. Zhao Zhizhen, then-director of Wuhan Television Station, however, actively followed Jiang's policy. He sent a crew to Changchun, Jilin Province, and filmed a 6-hour video defaming Falun Gong and its founder, Mr. Li Hongzhi. This video was showed to top CCP leaders and later televised nationwide over and over again.

Zhou pointed out that Wuhan was also notorious for its involvement in the CCP's organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Since the crime of organ harvesting was exposed to the public in 2006, numerous independent investigations have confirmed its existence. In fact, 37 hospitals have participated in these atrocities for the past 20 years. Among them, Tongji Hospital in Wuhan was one of the major medical facilities participating in forced organ harvesting.

Zhou reminded the director, “So, it may not be a coincidence that Wuhan has the most coronavirus infections and death cases in China given its role in the persecution of Falun Gong.” He added, “However, many infected patients have recovered simply by quitting the CCP and reciting these words: 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good' and 'Falun Dafa is good.'”

The director listened without interrupting. Zhou told him more, including how Falun Gong has spread to many countries around the world and how China is the only country that persecutes the practice.

After Zhou was done talking, the director said that he now understood why it is so important to sever ties with the CCP. After he quit the CCP, he kept thanking Zhou for telling him how to live a safe and happy life.
