1. [Chongqing] Ms. Han Zhonglan Arrested

Ms. Han Zhonglan, 58, from the Tongliang District, was arrested by police on the evening of February 9, 2020, after coronavirus prevention personnel in a residential community reported her for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked, and a computer, printer, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated. Ms. Han was released on February 12.

2. [Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province] Eight Practitioners Appeal Their Sentences

Mr. Yang Xuncheng, Ms. Yin Guangsu, Ms. Cai Yifeng, Ms. Li Yongfang, Mr. Guo Yuanjun, Ms. Huang Bohui, Ms. Wan Mongrong, and Ms. Lu Shangrong received heavy sentences from the Anzhou District Court on December 31, 2019. The eight practitioners have appealed to the Mianyang City Intermediate Court.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Jingmin Sentenced to Prison, Mr. Wu Arrested

Ms. Li Jingmin was followed and arrested by Domestic Security officers in June 2018, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She learned on December 24, 2019 that she had been sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term.

Mr. Wu from the Binhai New Area was arrested on the afternoon of February 10, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

4. [Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Qi Jianhua and Ms. Wan Huaduo Detained

Mr. Qi Jianhua and Ms. Wan Huaduo from the Liuzhi Special District were arrested by officers from Domestic Security and State Security in mid-January 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong. The two practitioners are being held in the Shuicheng Detention Center.

5. [Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Shi Mengqiao Arrested

Ms. Shi Mengqiao from Xiangzhu Town was arrested by officers from Xiangzhu Police Station on the afternoon of February 12, 2020, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. Her whereabouts are unknown.

6. [Gaotang County, Shandong Province] Mr. Mo Xinzhong Arrested

Mr. Mo Xinzhong from Xiajin County was recently arrested by officers from Jiangdian Police Station.

Ms. Xia Ruimin from the Miyun District was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division and Taishitun Town Police Station on the afternoon of February 9, 2020. Her Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Ms. Lan Jinlian was arrested by officers from Huangpu Police Station on February 7, 2020. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books, a printer, and a cell phone were confiscated. Ms. Lan was released on bail later that day.

Mr. Su Ren, 50, from Liansheng Village, Shengli Township, was arrested on February 9, 2020, and taken to Jiamusi Detention Center.

Mr. Li Wentao from Tangyuan County was arrested by officers from Dongcheng Police Station on February 10. He was taken to Jiamusi Detention Center.
