On the Topic of “Birth, Aging, Sickness, and Death”
(Minghui.org) Many elderly practitioners have died after failing to pass an illness-karma test or shortly after they made funeral arrangements for their “eventual death.”
“We have said that good or bad comes from a person’s initial thought, and the thought at that moment can bring about different consequences.” (Lecture Four, Zhuan Falun)
“There is a criterion, however, that the life prolonged beyond your predestined time to live is completely reserved for your practice. If your thoughts undergo even a little deviation, your life will be in danger because your lifetime should have long been over.” (Lecture One, Zhuan Falun)
Why would a practitioner suffer such dire consequences for not having proper thoughts? It's because they still harbor the notion of “birth, aging, sickness, and death”—allowing the old forces to take advantage of this loophole and arrange for their untimely death.
It's a universal law that humans must experience the cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death. However, this law does not apply to diligent Falun Gong practitioners who are cultivating to levels higher than human beings!
Some elderly practitioners have fallen prey to the notion of “getting older,” thus they feel it’s “normal” when their hair turns gray and wrinkles suddenly appear or when they experience blurred vision, memory loss, sore muscles, or impaired hearing.
They're convinced that all of this is “just a natural phenomenon,” or “part of the aging process.” It's clear to me that these people are deeply attached to the notion or concept of “aging.”
Then there are some practitioners who experience long bouts of sickness karma, because they're unable to break through the illusion of “illness.” Some others are totally convinced that they’ll never die, simply because they practice Falun Gong. These people have yet to relinquish the concept of “life and death.”
Master told us:
“Such high-energy matter has intelligence. Because it is stored in each cell of the human body all the way to the origin of life, it will gradually become the same form as the cells in your body, assuming the same molecular combinations and form of nuclei. Its essence has changed, however, for this body is no longer composed of original physical cells. Won’t you be beyond the Five Elements? Of course, your cultivation is not over yet, and you still need to cultivate among everyday people. Therefore, on the surface you still appear to be an everyday person. The only difference is that you look younger than those of your age.” (Lecture One, Zhuan Falun)
Since our bodies are being transformed into high-energy matter, shouldn't we view things from a high level, too?
Many cultivators from other schools have practiced over 1,000 years in order to transcend the law of “birth, aging, sickness, and death.”
However, by harmonizing and consummating everything that's needed for our own Fruition—and that of countless beings—we can reach that same goal within a few dozen years!
It's imperative that we quickly get rid of the notion of “birth, aging, sickness, and death,” thereby preventing the old forces from taking advantage of this loophole.
Isn't it easier to clarify the truth to people when they see a vibrant, energetic, youthful practitioner standing before them, instead of an aging and feeble one!
In reality, Falun Gong practitioners should look much younger than their actual age!
