We Must First Correct Ourselves When Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts
(Minghui.org) Even everyday people realize that the outcome of the 2020 U.S. election is related to mankind's future, so they pay close attention to it. The seeming chaos surrounding the election is allowing everyone to take a stand.
Because the goal of practitioners is to save people, we send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors so that people's true thoughts won't be interfered with—rather than being manipulated by the communist specter in other dimensions.
We must first correct ourselves and look inward when we encounter problems. We should not have the attachment to relying on everyday people.
We all probably remember many examples. When Xi Jinping (the current CCP leader) first took power, everyone hoped that he would end the persecution. Instead, he upheld the Party's ideology. When Trump was elected president, we all saw him cracking down on the CCP, so many people relied on him.
We should not forget that if everyone puts their hope in President Trump, who is an everyday person, then the old forces will take advantage of the loopholes and endlessly interfere, making it even more difficult to save people. We should remember that we are Falun Dafa practitioners, and think and act as righteous gods would. The reason we send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the communist specter is to save people and help them make choices without interference. When the gods decide it's time to eliminate the CCP, they have their ways.
This is my personal understanding. I'd like to share Master's teachings with you.
“As for how a certain government or so-and-so is doing, a cultivator doesn’t have to give this any thought whatsoever. Don’t give it any thought or concern. Just think, “I came to save sentient beings, and that’s that.” Someone might be in power today, and tomorrow it might be someone else, but whoever wants to be in power, so be it. It is arranged by gods, so it is what it is. If you focus your attention on this, it means that your thinking has gone off track. The moment you think like that, it’s a deviation. Don’t concern yourself with such things, and just do what you should. What usually happens is that the more attached to something you become, the greater the likelihood that problems will follow and form into something like a test of your xinxing. The more you ignore such things, the better.” (“Fa Teaching Given at the NTDTV Meeting” in Collected Fa Teachings, Vol. IX)
