(Minghui.org) During the past months, there have been large-scale arrests and door-to-door harassment of Falun Dafa practitioners in certain areas. This is the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) “zero-out” campaign, a concerted effort to force every single practitioner on the government's blacklists to renounce Falun Dafa.
Such incidents have also occurred in my area. Some practitioners in the city are facing trial, and a practitioner in our county has been detained for more than a year. We have sent forth righteous thoughts a lot but haven't been able to rescue the practitioners. We also discovered some problems of our own: practitioners in our region are still not paying attention to sending forth righteous thoughts to clean up the evil in the region and rescue other practitioners.
In order to effectively eliminate the evil and rescue practitioners, it is not enough to send forth righteous thoughts only at the four global set times. We are Falun Dafa practitioners in the Fa-rectification period. At this critical moment when the Fa-rectification is about to end, in order to awaken the conscience of sentient beings, we must devote more time to sending forth powerful righteous thoughts, eliminate the persecution and interference, and completely disintegrate the evil’s “doomsday madness.”
Here is an example from a few years ago. The wife of a practitioner was kidnapped. The husband sent righteous thoughts at home all night until after 3 a.m., when he felt that the evil was almost cleaned up. He then went to the Public Security Bureau early in the morning to ask for his wife's release. Although there was still a little evil interference, it didn’t work anymore. After he clarified the truth, they released his wife. This shows that the effect of sending righteous thoughts is very powerful in our own region.
By sending forth powerful righteous thoughts, all evil can be eliminated. Ordinary people such as those in the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, 610 Office, National Security, and Public Security Bureau dare to persecute Dafa practitioners because they are controlled by evil elements behind them. If we have eliminated all the evil, do you think they would still dare to do it?
Master said,
“With no factors at work behind the scenes, a human being will do whatever you tell him to. You are a cultivator and someone with abilities, and you are a being who is walking the path to divinity. Whereas that being is an ordinary human, and he is powerless. So you shouldn’t always fix your gaze on the person at the surface. Only when you deal with the factors behind the scenes will you manage to resolve the problem at the root. Only then will you cause a given situation, or that person, to change.” (“20th Anniversary Fa Teaching,” Collected Fa Teachings, Vol. XI)
Whether we do well in sending righteous thoughts also reveals the difference in our minds. Practitioners in our neighboring areas have done really well. When a practitioner was arrested, they spent extra time to send righteous thoughts, and the practitioner was soon rescued. In our county, on the other hand, a practitioner was arrested more than a year ago and is still in detention, and many local practitioners have not really increased their duration of sending righteous thoughts.
Moreover, when we send righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil in our region, isn't it also to save those who are manipulated by the evil? Master has given us this ability, so we have to use it. In view of the current situation, we should devote more time to sending powerful righteous thoughts towards the authorities, 610 Office, domestic security departments, and public security departments of the province, city, county, township and other levels to eliminate all evil and rescue those officials who are under its control.
Some practitioners still are selfish. My wife told me that when I was arrested a few years ago, she had feelings that other practitioners might not have ever experienced. As in the above example, when the female practitioner was kidnapped, her husband was able to spend most of the night sending forth righteous thoughts for her, while other practitioners were not able to do so. However, when other practitioners were arrested, this same male practitioner was not able to send righteous thoughts to the same extent.
Master said, “The next person's things are your things.” (“Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference,” Collected Fa Teachings, Vol. II) We have not done a good job, so let's encourage all of us to improve our xinxing.
As long as we send more righteous thoughts, we can eliminate more evil. The number of evil entities in the other dimensions is limited, so if we eliminate one, there will be one less. This is also our mighty virtue in validating Dafa. We can also save more police officers, prosecutors and legal personnel so that they and the beings they represent can also be saved. The sooner we develop more righteous thoughts, the more sentient beings we can save. What a great merit this is!
We usually add another five minutes to the four global times for sending righteous thoughts. If time allows, we add some time to clean up our local area. Of course, those who have more free time or do not need to go to work can add even more time according to one’s schedule.
