(Minghui.org) Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched the persecution of Falun Dafa in July 1999, various CCP agents, including police, government officials, and average citizens, have often come to harass Dafa practitioners at home. They attempt to stop us from practicing Dafa, telling people about Dafa, and exposing the persecution and the vicious nature of the CCP.

Many practitioners in my area believe that we should send forth righteous thoughts to stop these “harassers” from entering our homes, or that we should simply not open the door for them.

Recently, the number of harassment cases has increased because more and more people from our local areas are being recruited by the government to harass Dafa practitioners.

Some practitioners feel good about themselves for not collaborating with the CCP. I agree that it takes courage to bluntly turn away people from the government, but it may not be the best idea to always do so. In this article, I would like to explain why we should open our doors and invite them in so we can talk to them.

Turning Their Ploys against Them

Master said,

“I was left with no choice but to go along with their ploys and turn their ploys against them.” (“Explaining the Fa during the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference”)

A sharing article by a fellow practitioner said that whenever government agents went to her house, she would go to them afterwards as many times as necessary until they genuinely understood the facts of Dafa.

Assisting Master in the Fa-rectification is our sacred mission. No matter who and why these “harassers” come to our house, we should treat them compassionately and help them understand what Falun Dafa is. These people are also victims of the CCP's persecution, and it is a predestined relationship that brings them to us.

Giving the “Harassers” a Chance to Make the Right Choice

Master said,

“Cultivation depends on one's own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one's master. It is good enough if you have this wish.” (Lecture One, Zhuan Falun, 2014 translation)

We should change our mentality and give these “harassers” a chance to be saved. These people are summoned to our house, so we should take the opportunity to clarify the CCP’s propaganda to them.

If they cannot understand the first time, we can try to create more opportunities for them to meet with us. Next time when they come, we can keep them and cleanse the poison that the CCP has instilled in them. We should also reach out to them and invite them to our house to hear our stories and learn more about Dafa. After understanding the facts, these people may turn around to support Dafa, stop collaborating with the CCP, and eventually have a bright future for themselves.

This is my humble understanding. Please point out anything that is inappropriate.
