1. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Wu Weiming Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Wu Weiming, in her 60s, was given a one-year-and-ten-month prison term (from September 20, 2019 to July 19, 2021) and fined 2,000 yuan by the Shushan District Court.
2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Cases of Four Practitioners Turned Over to Procuratorate
The cases of Ms. Wei Yuchi and three other elderly practitioners (Ms. Ding Yifan, and two practitioners surnames Li and Wu) were turned over to the Huanggu District Procuratorate by the Shelita Police Station.
3. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Chaoying Taken to Detention Center
Ms. Wang Chaoying of Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing District, was arrested when she distributed Falun Gong materials to tourists at tourist attractions on the afternoon of October 6, 2020. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Changping Detention Center.
4. [Gu’an County, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Jiying and Ms. Chen Xiuhua Arrested
Ms. Feng Jiying and Ms. Chen Xiuhua from Lirangdian Township were reported to the police when they distributed Falun Gong materials in July 2020. They were arrested.
5. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Ms. Liu Yan and Ms. Lou Yizhong Harassed
Ms. Liu Yan was recently harassed and forced to sign paperwork. Ms. Lou Yizhong was harassed by Political and Legal Affairs Committee officials. The officials tried to force her to sign paperwork, but she refused. They forced her daughter to sign for her.
6. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhao Shufeng and Ms. Sun Huifen Harassed
Ms. Zhao Shufeng and Ms. Sun Huifen were harassed by officers from the Ninghe Town Police Station, Ninghe District, several times recently. The officers coerced and deceived them into signing and fingerprinting a paper that slandered Dafa.
7. [Huili County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Luo Longfei Faces Trial
Mr. Luo Longfei was arrested by over 10 officers from the Huili County Domestic Security Division on April 21, 2019 while reading the Falun Dafa teachings at his mother’s colleague’s home. His lawyer was notified that he would be tried by the Huili County Court at 9 a.m. on October 13, 2020.
8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Ailan Held in Detention Center
Ms. Sun Ailan was monitored by surveillance cameras when she was distributing Falun Gong materials on May 13, 2020. She was arrested by officers from the Zhongshan Park Police Station on May 17. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Yaojia Detention Center.
9. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Xiaoling Missing
Ms. Wang Xiaoling has been missing for over a month.
