1. [Shanghai] Ms. Tu Fujuan Arrested

Officers from the Jianghai Police Station broke into Ms. Tu Fujuan’s home in Fengcheng Town, the Fengxian District, and arrested her on the morning of August 28, 2019. They confiscated a computer, printer, and other personal belongings.

2. [Chongqing] Ms. Zhang Yongkun Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yongkun, 83, from the Zhongliangshan area was arrested by patrol officers on the afternoon of August 26, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong in Xinan Hospital. She was taken to Xinan Hospital’s Police Office, before being transferred to the Xinqiao Police Station.

Ms. Zhang was released after 8:00 p.m. that evening.

3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Shuping Arrested

Ms. Li Shuping was arrested on May 16, 2019.

4. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jiang Li and Another Practitioner Arrested

Ms. Jiang Li and another practitioner with the last name Li were arrested on September 1, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

5. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Gao Yudong Arrested

Mr. Gao Yudong was arrested.

6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Jinping Detained

Ms. Wang Jinping, 68, was arrested on August 29, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong on Dongfeng Road, near the Mudan Maternal and Child Hospital. She was taken to the Dongguan Police Station, and was later transferred to the Baoding City Detention Center for 15 days.

7. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Over 100 Practitioners Arrested

Police in Nanyang City arrested a large number of practitioners, and ransacked their homes, in a coordinated campaign on August 30, 2019. According to the police, they arrested over 100 people.

Female practitioners arrested include: Ms. Wen Jianhua (70), Ms. He Ximei, Ms. Shuang, Ms. Fu Rong, Ms. Liu Keliang, Ms. Wang Lianfeng, Ms. Hu Guoyun, Ms. Wang Jingrui (54), Ms. Han Lianying (80), Ms. Hu Changqing, and Ms. Chen (a physician).

Male practitioners arrested include: Physician Chen’s husband, Mr. Tie (a teacher), Mr. Zhang Xibin (78), Mr. Wei Jianhua, Mr. Zhang Guobin, Mr. Kui Yingxiang (70), and Mr. Wang Wei (in his 40s).

8. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Weixuan Arrested

Mr. Li Weixuan, 76, was arrested around August 15, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

9. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Qiaoqiao’s Home Ransacked

A group of officers from Nanguan Police Station broke into Ms. Zhao Qiaoqiao’s home, ransacked the place, and confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Dafa, and a TransFlash card.

10. [Chiping County, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Yulan Detained

Ms. Xu Yulan was reported to the police by Zhao Weiguo, Leping Town Party secretary, for talking to people about Falun Gong on the morning of September 1, 2019. Ms. Xu was arrested by officers from the Leping Police Station, and taken to the Guan County Detention Center, Liaocheng City, that afternoon.

11. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Baifu Arrested

Mr. Zhang Baifu was arrested. He has since returned home.

12. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] 83-Year-Old Ms. Tang Zhilan Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Tang Zhilan, 83, was arrested by officers from the Qixia District Domestic Security Division and the 610 Office around August 27, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and a large number of personal belongings were confiscated. Ms. Tang’s whereabouts are unknown.

13. [Zhangping City, Fujian Province] Ms. Li Chun’e Detained

Ms. Li Chun’e was arrested by four people on the morning of July 15, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated. She was taken to the Guilin Police Station, before being transferred to a detention center for five days.

14. [Linquan County, Anhui Province] Ms. Sun Chuanying and a Relative Detained

Ms. Sun Chuanying, from Tanpeng Town, and a relative were arrested at Ms. Sun's home in the early hours of August 16, 2019. They were taken to Fuyang Lockup Center for 15 days, before being transferred to the Fuyang Detention Center.

15. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Yongmei Detained

Ms. Liu Yongmei was arrested on the afternoon of August 29, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. The police searched her. She was taken to the Gulou Police Station, and interrogated.

Ms. Liu was later transferred to Macheng City No. 2 Detention Center.

16. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Tian Biqing Arrested

Ms. Tian Biqing from the Futian District was arrested by officers from Tongxinling Police Station on August 28, 2019, for talking to Hu Xiangshang and He Xiaoli (employees of the residential community management) about Falun Gong. The two employees reported Ms. Tian to the police.

17. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Zhang Zhongyi Detained

Ms. Zhang Zhongyi, 66, was arrested at home on the afternoon of September 1, 2019. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Jinniu Police Station, and later transferred to the Kunming City Detention Center.

18. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ai Zhaoyu and Mr. Liu Wei Officially Arrested

Ms. Ai Zhouyu and her husband Mr. Liu Wei were arrested by officers from Shuangshuinian Police Station and the Chenghua District Domestic Security Division in the afternoon on July 10, 2019. Their home was ransacked.

They were officially placed under arrest on August 17, and are being held in the Pi County Detention Center.

19. [Wugong County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Liu Huirong Arrested

Ms. Liu Huirong from Nanren Township was arrested by officers from the Wugong County 610 Office, Domestic Security Division, and the Nanren Township Police Station on August 26, 2019.

20. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Bingrui Arrested

Mr. Wang Bingrui from the Dongli District was arrested on the afternoon of September 2, 2019. Over 20 plainclothes and uniformed officers ransacked his home that evening.

21. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Chunyan Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Zhang Chunyan, from Bonihe Town in the Jiutai District, was arrested by plainclothes officers from the Bonihe Police Station on the morning of September 3, 2019. Her whereabouts are unknown.

22. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Fu Decai Arrested

Mr. Fu Decai was arrested in recent days.

23. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Ru Ping and Ms. Tian Arrested

Ms. Ru Ping and Ms. Tain from Sanshui Town were arrested by officers from Sanshui Police Station on the morning of September 3, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

24. [Zouping City, Shandong Province] Ms. Su Aiping Arrested

Ms. Su Aiping was arrested by officers from the Huangshan Police Station on the afternoon of September 2, 2019.

25. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Geng Yinfeng (in her late 70s), Ms. Duan Shulan (in her 60s), Ms. Gao Meiling and Ms. Huang (both in their late 60s) were arrested at Ms. Huang’s home on the afternoon of August 26, when they were studying the Fa together. The four women were taken to the Gaoxinyuan Police Station in the Jiangning District.

Plainclothes officers broke into Ms. Duan’s home and ransacked it that afternoon. They confiscated a notebook computer, printer, Falun Dafa books and materials. Ms. Duan’s husband was taken to the police station.

Ms. Gao was arrested at home two days earlier, before being released.

26. [Pingquan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Yulan Arrested

Ms. Liu Yulan, 65, from Dudaiyingzi Village, Qijiadai Township, was arrested by officers from the Pingquan City Domestic Security Division on the morning of September 2, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

27. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Mr. Sheng Lin and Another Practitioner Detained

Mr. Sheng Lin and another practitioner from Liutaizhuang Town, Changli County, were arrested by officers from Huangdianzhuang Town Police Station on the evening of August 31, 2019, for posting Falun Gong materials.

Officers from the Huangdianzhuang Police Station and Liutaizhuang Police Station ransacked Ms. Sheng’s home and confiscated personal belongings, while no one was around.

Both practitioners are being held in a detention center.

28. [Taikang County, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from Taikang County Police Department and the Chengguan Police Station went to Ms. Cheng Yanhong’s home and ransacked it on the evening of August 29, 2019. She was taken to the county detention center.

The officers then went to Ms. Zhou Yajun’s home and harassed her. Ms. Zhuo was not arrested due to her disability, but Ms. Yuli, who happened to be there at the time, was arrested.

Officers from the Jianshelu Police Station tore down the door to Mr. Gao Guo’an's home and arrested him on the morning of August 30. They confiscated Falun Dafa books. Mr. Gao was released later that evening, after he repeatedly failed several physical exams.

29. [Shangqiu City, Henan Province] Ms. Fan Xihong and Ms. Chen Yuhua Arrested

Ms. Fan Xihong and Ms. Chen Yuhua, from Yongcheng City, were arrested at home by officers from the Domestic Security Division on August 28, 2019. A large amount of personal belongings were confiscated.

30. [Qi County, Henan Province] Mr. Jia Zhongmin and His Wife Ms. Zhang Yuping Arrested

Mr. Jia Zhongmin and his wife Ms. Zhang Yuping were arrested at home on August 26, 2019.

31. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhu Xirong Detained

Ms. Zhu Xirong, 64, from the Maojian District, was arrested by officer Gao and others from the Wudanglu Police Station on August 28, 2019. She was taken to Shiyan City Detention Center.

Ms. Zhu was previously arrested by police from the Maojian District in 2016, and released on bail. In 2017, the Maojian District Court sentenced her to a three-year prison term.

32. [Wuchang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Lihua Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Zhang Lihua, who had been displaced, was arrested a week ago. Her whereabouts are unknown.

33. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Yaqin Sentenced to a Three-Year Prison Term

Ms. Liu Yaqin was sentenced to a three-year prison term by the Xiangyang District Court. She was taken to Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison.
