1. [Fuyu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Qing Tried

Mr. Liu Qing from Fuyu City was arrested at his rented home in Songyuan City on August 15, 2019. He was taken to the Fuyu Detention Center, and tried by the Fuyu Court on the morning of August 27.

2. [Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Huicheng’s Case Turned Over to Court

Mr. Zhang Huicheng from Shanhou Village, Xiafei Township, is being held in the Kaiyuan City Detention Center. His case was turned over to the Kaiyuan Court on August 15, 2019.

3. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yan Guiyu Arrested—Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Yan Guiyu from Licha Town, Jiaozhou City, was arrested by Zhang Haichen, head of the Domestic Security Division, officers from the Licha Town Police Station, and agents from the Jiaozhou 610 Office, on the morning of August 21, 2019. Her Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Ms. Yan’s whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Jihong and Ms. Peng Guixiang Arrested

Ms. Li Jihong and Ms. Peng Guixiang from the Huaiyin District were arrested on August 23, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Their homes were ransacked.

5. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Xing Xiaoqing and Mr. Wu Yuehong Detained

Ms. Xing Xiaoqing and Mr. Wu Yuehong were arrested by the Furong District Police Department on August 22, 2019. Both practitioners are being held in the Changsha City No. 4 Detention Center.

6. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Bing Officially Arrested—Mistreated in Detention Center

Ms. Liu Bing was arrested on July 19, 2019, and her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Jilin City Detention Center. Her family received notification on August 21 that she had been officially placed under arrest.

Ms. Liu is in poor health. Her eyesight is blurry, and her legs are swollen, yet she is still forced to do hard labor every day.

7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jiang Xiulian Taken to Prison

Ms. Jiang Xiulian from the Kuancheng District was arrested at home on August 26, 2018. She was sentenced to a three-year prison term, and taken to the Lanjia Women's Prison.

8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xiu Zhan’e Arrested

Ms. Xiu Zhan’e was arrested by officers from the Kuiwen District Police Department and the Liyuan Police Station on the morning of August 20, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

9. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Tian Meiying Arrested

Ms. Tian Meiying, 68, from the Huabei Oilfield, Renqiu City, was arrested by officers from the Daodong Police Station on August 28, 2018.

10. [Tianjin] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Guo Defen, Ms. Han Cuiling, and Ms. Deng Guiqiu were reported to the authorities for talking to people about Falun Gong at the Limindao Residential Community in the Hexi District. They were arrested by the community security guards on August 21, 2019, and taken to the Taohuayuan Police Station.

Ms. Guo was released later that evening. Ms. Han and Ms. Deng are being held in the Hexi Detention Center.

11. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Ms. Xu Lian Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Xu Lian from Mengxi Town, Li County, was arrested on March 8, 2019, and taken to the Baiheshan Detention Center. She was tried on August 1, and sentenced to a 13-month prison term.

12. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Three Practitioners Officially Arrested

Ms. Ying Guofang, Ms. Qin Lianyu, and Ms. Liu Mingping were arrested on April 18, 2019, and have been officially placed under arrest. They are being held in the Ningbo City Detention Center.

13. [Yangquan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Gao Baorong Detained

Mr. Gao Baorong, 80, from the Jiaoqu area was arrested by officers from the Jiaoqu Police Department on the morning of August 28, 2019, for distributing Falun Gong materials. His home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated.

Mr. Gao was taken to the Yangquan City Detention Center

14. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Yong Detained

Mr. Yang Yong from the Licheng District was arrested by officers from the Longdong Police Station on the morning of August 21, 2019. His home was ransacked, and Falun Dafa books and a printer were confiscated.

Mr. Yang was taken to the Jinan City Detention Center for 13 days.

15. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Xiulian and Ms. Zhang Qiuxiang Detained

Ms. Wang Xiulian and Ms. Zhang Qiuxiang from Wulaotun Village in the Wanghua District were arrested on August 20, 2019. Their homes ransacked.

Both practitioners are being held in the Nangou Detention Center.

16. [Chongqing] Ms. Tang Suzhen Taken to Prison

Ms. Tang Suzhen from the Jiangbei District was arrested by officers from the Yuzhong District Domestic Security Division and the Shiyoulu Police Station on August 14, 2018. She was taken to the Chongqing No. 1 Detention Center, and later transferred to the Huayan Detention Center in the Jiulongpo District.

Ms. Tang was sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term in 2019, and taken to the Zouma Women's Prison.

17. [Yinan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Demei and Ms. Wang Chuanju Arrested

Ms. Zhao Demei and Ms. Wang Chuanju were arrested by officers from the Yinan County Police Department's Criminal Police Team on August 29, 2019. Both practitioners were forced to pay 10,000 yuan.

18. [Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Yu Haohui Officially Arrested

Mr. Yu Haohui was arrested on August 7, 2019, and has been officially placed under arrest by the Gaoyao District Procuratorate. He is being held in the Gaoyao Detention Center.

19. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Zhao Yuzhen Sentenced to a Three-and-a-Half-Year Prison Term

Ms. Zhao Yuzhen, 66, from Yuecun Town, Xinmi City, was arrested by officers from the Yuecun Police Station on May 21, 2018. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Zhengzhou City No. 3 Detention Center.

Ms. Zhao was tried in March 2019, and sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term.

21. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Quanmei and Ms. Liu Detained

Ms. Liu Quanmei and Ms. Liu were arrested on August 16, 2019, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Both practitioners are being held in a detention center.

Ms. Yu Xiaomei was recently arrested by officers from the Longhai District Police Department for distributing Falun Gong materials. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in the Zhangjiagou Detention Center for five days.

Ms. Zheng Jinling was arrested on September 6, 2015, and sentenced to a seven-year prison term in July 2016.

Guards at the Inner Mongolia No.1 Women’s Prison recently intensified the persecution against Ms. Zheng because she refused to renounce her belief in Falun Gong. She has been shocked with electric batons.
