(Minghui.org) I once explained to a construction company owner how Falun Dafa, a mind-body practice based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, has been persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party without any legal basis since July 1999. I told him that severing ties with the CCP and supporting Dafa would bring him blessings.
He was very receptive to what I said and encouraged his workers to take Falun Dafa informational materials from me and listen to me talk about Dafa as well.
When I ran into him recently, he told me that in the few years since I first talked to him, he had tracked his workers' productivity by using a chart with two columns. The first column covered workers who supported Dafa and often recited “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” The second column included workers who did not support Dafa.
He found that the workers in the first column reported fewer construction site accidents and took less sick leave than the workers in the second column.
Having noticed the differences, the owner often talked to his workers about how supporting Dafa brings blessings.
As a result, more and more of his workers began to identify with Dafa. This owner has in turn seen fewer and fewer accidents on construction sites.
