1. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Fan Guiqin Arrested

Ms. Fan Guiqin was arrested by officers from the Qianjin Domestic Security Division on the morning of July 26, 2019. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and materials.

2. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wu Yuexia and Ms. Wang Yuping Officially Arrested

Ms. Wu Yuexia and Ms. Wang Yuping from Jianshan District were arrested by officers from the Lixin Police Station when they were posting Falun Gong materials on the afternoon of June 19, 2019. They were held in the Shuangyashan City Detention Center. They were officially placed under arrest on July 26 by the Jianshan District Procuratorate.

3. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Fengchen and Wife Ms. Leng Xiuxia Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Wang Fengchen and his wife Ms. Leng Xiuxia, teachers from the Lindian County No. 1 Middle School, were arrested on January 18, 2017. They were sentenced to prison and each were fined 30,000 yuan by the Lindian County Court. Ms. Leng is being held in the No. 8 Ward, Heilongjiang Women’s Prison. Mr. Wang is being held in the Hulan Prison.

4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Liwen and Husband Mr. Su Yinsheng Arrested

Ms. Li Liwen and Mr. Su Yinsheng were arrested by five plainclothes officers from the Fengman Police Department and the Erdao Police Station on the morning of July 19, 2019. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated a notebook computer, a printer, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and Falun Dafa books. Mr. Su was released that evening. Ms. Li was held in the Jilin City Detention Center.

5. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Tang Guixiang Arrested

Ms. Tang Guixiang was arrested at home on the evening of July 19, 2019.

6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yi Xiaoqin and Mr. Liu Yan Arrested

Ms. Yi Xiaoqin was arrested by officers from the Criminal Investigation Bureau on the afternoon of July 10, 2019. No one has heard anything about her since her arrest.

Mr. Liu Yan was arrested at the place where he studies Falun Dafa teachings with others in Huanggu District on July 10, 2019. His current whereabouts are also unknown.

7. [Heishan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Lianrong and Wife Officially Arrested

Mr. Zhang Lianrong and his wife from Dongguan Village were arrested at home on the evening of July 14, 2019. Their home was ransacked. Both were officially placed under arrest. Their cases have been filed with the Procuratorate by the Heishan County Police Department.

8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ma Jiang Arrested

Mr. Ma Jiang was arrested on July 27, 2019.

9. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhou Yuxiang Held in Custody

Ms. Zhou Yuxiang was arrested by officers from the Xiaqiu Town Police Station when she was talking to people about Falun Gong in Xiaqiu Town, Laizhou City, on the morning of July 26, 2019. She is being held in the Laizhou City Detention Center.

10. [Linquan County, Anhui Province] Three Practitioners Held in Custody

Mr. Chen Qimin, Ms. Zhang Yuying, and Mr. Yu Qingmin were arrested by officers from the Linquan County Domestic Security Division and the Dongguan Police Station on the morning of July 23, 2019. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and paper bills with facts about Falun Gong printed on them. Mr. Chen is being held in the Liquan County Detention Center, and Ms. Zhang and Mr. Yu in Fuyang City Detention Center. They were given 15 days of detention.

11. [Shanghai] Ms. Mo Shiwan Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Mo Shiwan was tried by the Fengxian District Court and was sentenced to two and a half years in prison on the morning of July 26, 2019.

12. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Renxiang Arrested

Ms. Wang Renxiang was arrested at a subway on the morning of July 26, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

13. [Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Xu Guiming Held in Custody

Mr. Xu Guiming was arrested by officers from the Dashikou Police Station on July 21, 2019 for distributing Falun Gong materials. He is being held in custody.

14. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Four Practitioners Tried

Ms. Liu Yongying, Ms. Wen Yan, Mr. Xia Mingjin, and Ms. Yan Jinhua were tried by the Xihu District Court on the morning of July 23, 2019. The trial ended hastily after about an hour.

The four practitioners were arrested in April 2018. They are being held in the Nanchang City No. 1 Detention Center.

15. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Deng Chengkai and Mr. Liu Tao Held in Custody

Mr. Deng Chengkai and Mr. Liu Tao from Santai County were arrested on the morning of July 20, 2019. The police ransacked their homes and confiscated Falun Dafa books, a notebook computer, a tablet, a set-top box, an MP2, and a music player. Mr. Liu is being held in the Mianyang City Detention Center. Mr. Deng is being held in the Santai County Detention Center.

16. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Huilan and Ms. Li Xinhong Taken into Custody

Ms. Zhang Huilan and Ms. Li Xinhong were arrested by officers from the Huanghe Police Station when they were talking to others about Falun Gong on July 26, 2019. Their homes were ransacked. They were taken to the Zaohua Detention Center.
