(Minghui.org) A practitioner visited her son in another city during the Chinese New Year holiday. During her stay there, she went out to talk to people about Falun Dafa and handed out information about it.
The police saw her on a surveillance camera and detained her at the train station on her way home. The police also searched and ransacked her son's home. They threatened her son, telling him that, because of his mother, he wouldn't get promotions at work, his children wouldn't be able to go to college, and so on.
The son was intimidated. To avoid suffering any losses himself, he took his mother back to her hometown and reported her to the local police. He asked them to arrest her and force her to give up practicing.
But it turned out the police in his mother's hometown were all well aware of the truth about Falun Dafa. After receiving repeated requests from the son, five police officers showed up at their apartment. One of them scolded the son, “What kind of a son are you? It is Chinese New Year! You want to send your mother to prison?! You are not fit to be her son!”
Another officer tried to comfort the mother, “Don't blame your son. He is worried about his own future and his children.”
The mother used the opportunity to tell the police more about Falun Dafa. They all left with smiles on their faces.
