(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 12 cities or counties in 7 provinces, where at least 21 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Shenzhen City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Shuhe Detained

Ms. Zhang Shuhe, from Daxu Village, Wangjiajing Town, was arrested on June 11, 2019. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Gong books and informational materials about Falun Gong were confiscated.

Ms. Zhang was taken to the Hengshui City Detention Center.

2. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Qu Xiaohui and Mr. Wang Fuhua Arrested

Mr. Qu Xiaohui was arrested by officers from the Shizijie Police Station on June 3, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. His Falun Gong books and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong were confiscated. Mr. Qu is being held in the Dandong Detention Center.

Mr. Wang Fuhua was arrested by officers from the Xincheng Police Station on June 6. His Falun Gong books, computers, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong were confiscated.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Caixia and Ms. Han Lizhi Arrested

Ms. Wang Caixia and Ms. Han Lizhi were arrested by officers from the Yanfen Police Station in the Tiexi District on June 10, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Mr. Xu Jiying and Mr. Bai Shizong’s arrests were approved by the Jiusannongken Procuratorate on May 26, 2019.

5. [Yanshi City, Henan Province] Mr. Jiao Shaopeng Detained

Mr. Jiao Shaopeng was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division and Chengguan Town Police Station on June 9, 2019. His home was ransacked, and computers and approximately 1,000 yuan were confiscated.

Mr. Jiao is being held in the Yanshi City Detention Center.

6. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Maiying’s Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Li Maiying, an employee at the Fangzi District Education Bureau, was arrested in late May 2019. Her whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yu Xiangjia and Ms. Sun Qianyi Arrested

Mr. Yu Xiangjia was arrested on May 24, 2019. His wife Ms. Sun Qianyi was arrested by railway police officers on May 26.

8. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Sui Zhi, Ms. Hua Zhen, and two other practitioners were arrested by officers from the Qiaodong Police Department on June 11, 2019. Ms. Sui and Ms. Hua were detained, while the other two practitioners were released.

Ms. Hu Kaifeng was arrested by officers from the Hanshui Police Station on June 3, 2019. She was held in the Wuhan No. 1 Detention Center for 15 days.

10. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners’ Cases Passed to Court

The Ranghulu District Procuratorate sent the cases of Mr. Du Yecheng, Mr. Guan Xingtao, and Ms. Wu Yanhua to the Ranghulu Court on June 11, 2019.

Mr. Han Xu was scheduled to be released from a detention center on June 13, 2019. When his family went to pick him up however, they were told that he had been taken to the Jiaojiawan Police Station.
