(Minghui.org) Las Vegas practitioners participated in the OM Festival, which claims to be the largest yoga and meditation festival. The event was held at a high-end community mall where the practitioners had a booth on April 27, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The event brought an opportunity to find like-minded individuals who were looking for a mind and body cultivation practice. In addition, they informed the festival-goers of the 20-year-long persecution of Falun Dafa in China.
Practitioners informed people about the practice and clarified the truth along with demonstrating the Falun Dafa exercises. In addition, lotus flowers were given to event-goers.
During the event, a woman came up to practitioners after being handed an informational brochure with tears in her eyes and asked how she could help, as she mentioned she had read the brochure about the persecution.
Others mentioned they had seen practitioners at past events held in March and were happy to see the exercises being demonstrated again. At the end of the event, a participant involved with the festival mentioned to a practitioner that what practitioners were doing was great and very important, and that they should continue.
People throughout the day seemed very engaged with practitioners and mentioned that they will go to the practice site to participate in the exercises and would let others know about it and the persecution of the practice in China.
